Excellent tire service had a couple of tires put on my wife’s car today. There was someone there to greet us at the counter and hooked us up! Unlike the Sam’s at 5510 SW 5th St. off I-40!, went to that one this morning one customer was waiting when I arrived so I go pick out my own tires as the other customer finally talks to someone an employee who finally goes to the counter as I walk up to the counter the employee goes back to the garage shop area and the customer sits down so after waiting impatiently I get tired of waiting and take the tires up front to self check out purchase my tires then,Drive to where I work as a truck & car technician then mount and balance the tires, torque the lug nuts myself. Yeah 5510 SW 5th St. Sam’s Tire service leaves much to be desired! I will not be going back for tires at that Sam’s!

I always use scan and go so I can get what I need and out. today I had 55 items. the. lady at the door stopped me. and completely unloaded and un packed my cart. but yet other customer was allowed out with out the same treatment I asked for a manager. a young lady walked up and says (What's up Buttercup ) I found that to be very unprofessional. I asked who was above her she pointed to the wall and said he is (manager poster) I will be making several phone calls
I don’t work at Sam’s and am sick of it. Check your self out and then get to the door and the receipt checker wants to count it so she asks us to remove the big stuff from the basket. I’m over it! I’m going to give Costco a visit. I’d rather shop at Dollar General. Sorry, Sam Walton, they don’t do it like you did.
