Was given the wrong order. Once the order was corrected the chicken was very cold and staff was unfriendly. Never had this complaint before because it's one of my favorite food places to eat even when not shopping. This new staff isn't as polite as the previous. The new line system is a disaster.

There's usually a line since it's at the mall. But I love the chicken/shrimp fried rice plate and i add noodles. Definitely recommend. The employees/cooks could have a more friendly attitude.

This place has been consistent for years, excellent food! Love the chicken teriyaki. I definitely recommend it! Go during lunch or dinner when it's busy, better chance at fresh!

The last time I visited the shrimp wasn't good, must have been sitting out too long or gone bad. Y'all plz be careful to not let seafood go bad. You cannot cook spoil away. That only happened one time, no other times just fyi.

This food court restaurant is fantastic. The food is made to order, the food is hot and fresh. Downside? It's made to order. This means during busy periods the food can take some time from order to sit down. Here is the main take away: portions, quality, fresh is all better than the competitor just two spots away. The wait time is not for those in a rush.

Ordered a side and it's on receipt but they claimed they mixed it into the food. Who was for my friend w me. So I never recieved my food or refund. Stole from me

Very good food here especially for a food court. Got the teriyaki chicken with noodles and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Would definitely recommend if eating at the mall.

It's probably the best food in the mall court aside from Charley's and Charritos. They're consistent I'm both good quality and service, and they're pretty efficient on the service side.

Didn't like the food at all. Got teriyaki chicken with noodles. Wasn't good ,flavors just weren't there. Especially for the price.

I don’t like the fact that I order on the app and it gives me a specific pick up time but, when I get there its not even ready yet still have to wait 15-20 minutes and the Japanese guy always messes up my $5 dollar reward coupon he has no idea what he is doing. But the food is delicious.

Haven’t been there maybe 3 years obviously the price was up like everything but the portions are way less than before even after paying for extra portions the cashier was hard to understand took about 25 minutes to get our food not as good as when it came in a a big white box now it’s a small black box that’s not even topped of like before won’t recommend!!
