Snow cone was fine, I had to ask for light juice and it was perfect, but my friend who didn’t ask for light juice got way too much, it melted by the time we got to the car. I payed an extra 50 cents for whipped cream and I got the tiniest drop. It was fine, but nothing special

The snow cone was normal however they put a lot of sryup in it not even 5 minutes into eating my snow cone and it was all slushie and sryup.

The cashier just poured so much juice in my snow cone I was walking with my toddler, there was so much juice that it l spilled on my shirt and by the time we got to the car it was all melted! The lady has a horrible attitude when she was talking to me.

Was excited to try for the first time as I’ve driven by many times. Needed something sweet and refreshing as I just had surgery. Workers were rude, not helpful, and did not seem to care one bit. I asked them to speak louder but instead I got an eye roll and they did not speak louder. Snowcone was not good and was very disappointed overall. Mom and I ended up throwing ours away.

We used Sasquatch for a business bbq and they were absolutely awesome! They arrived early. The price was reasonable. Their truck was adorable and the snow cones were very flavorful. Ruby was so kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

It’s 12:41 and they’re supposed to open at noon! Then yesterday I came for some ice which wasn’t all the way full and there was a bug on top. The guy just scraped it off the top and gave it back to me…ewww! I asked him to remake it. I’m pretty pregnant and upset rn

This was my first time here!Seth was a very pleasant person, and i took his suggestion on ordering the root beer w/ cream shaved ice ?; great choice. we also ordered the coconut w/cream and a rainbow w/ cream.great place and definitely recommend this place.
