Employee couldn't answer my questions about allergens, so I opted for no bread, rather than the upcharge for gluten free bread. Even tho I don't get a discount for skipping it, I did receive about half of the ingredients on a plate that I would have if I had ordered bread. Plus they removed the sauces, so it was just dry meat and veggies. My wife ordered a hot french dip and it came out cold. This location has gone downhill over the last year.

Food is always good, but today was the second time in a month finding a hair in my food at this location. My fault since I decided to eat here again...maybe wear hair nets? Just an idea...
I love eating here. However, I find the prices to be extremely overpriced. Typically, it's me & my mom eating together, and last time we ate there, it was $ 41.00 for two small sandwiches, two bags of chips & two drinks which I find to be a ridulous amount of money for two people to eat.

The cashier didn't take my husbands order correctly so he got a sandwich that he didn't order. The manager was very rude about it. He didn't know his own menu and then wanted to charge extra for remaking the damn thing that THEY messed up. If that is how customers are treated $35.00 later then I will NOT ever return again. The customer service SUCKS and the manager should be in the unemployment line! Sincerely, One pissed off customer
