This is the worst sandwich shop in town. The other Schlotzsky’s are OK but this one is often closed with no warning. The light will be on reading open. However, it will be closed. Don’t fall for it! Go elsewhere!

I placed an online order with the expectation to grab it quick in the lobby. The lobby was closed so I had to go through a long drive thru line. I appreciated the hustle by the employees. What looked like was going to take forever actually went pretty fast. Just wish they could have ran my order out to my car rather than having to go through the drive thru. Anyways Schlotzskys for life, best sandwich.

Great sandwich but the air conditioning in the restaurant was not working well and it was probably mid-80s inside. Too warm to enjoy our food - we got half way through and had to take the rest to go to eat at home.

I eat here a few times a week for lunch. I use the drive thru. My order is wrong 75% of the time.I say “no lettuce, onions or tomato” and they respond. “Meat and cheese only”, to which I respond no. “I simply don’t want onions, lettuce or tomato. I want everything else that comes on it.”So I end up with a meat and cheese or sometimes just a meat sandwich. No olives, mustard etc. Rather than fix it themselves the workers just give me whatever they forgot to put on my sandwich myself. That would be fine but I can’t melt cheese myself.

Friendly staff and food was very good. You can't come in if you don't have a mask. It is posted on the door. The staff followed thru on that. Good job!
