don't typically leave reviews, but rude lady at the front this visit. i guess there was a miscommunication when i ordered, but she told customers after me as well as people in the back. wish i could take my tip back.

Schlotzsky's used to be my favorite sandwich shop. A while back, they changed from their excellent cheese blend to slices, yuk. Didn't go back for a year, my mistake, the cheese sandwich was almost $18. dollars. See why the place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely want be back.

Was craving a veggie pizza from here. After driving back to work I opened the box and noticed the pizza looked like all red sauce with raw veggies with a couple drops of cheese. I drove back up there and showed them. They said that’s how much cheese they normally do. I used to get this pizza once or twice a week. Was one of the best veggie pizzas around. Anyway, they “fixed” it. Added a bit more cheese, the veggies looked a little better. The pizza was so doughy. The crust is definitely different than it used to be. It used to be thicker and delicious. The edges used to be crispy and good.The sauce used to have pesto or something else. Now it’s the boring with no flavor. After that experience I’m completely done. Should not have to go twice just to still be disappointed. I don’t understand why you change stuff and make it worse and charge more. The manager was cool with fixing it but unapologetic. Just handed the bag to me and was like bye! It’s an inconvenience to have your food wrong and drive back up there and she unfazed by that. Just even more annoying that is still wasn’t good. How hard is it to cook the pizza dough thoroughly?! California kitchen frozen pizza is 100% better than what I had this afternoon.

I’m very impressed with this restaurant! Not only are their sandwiches delicious, but there was an issue with my recent order which I had informed them about on the suggested survey. To my surprise, they reached out to me that very same day and made it right! Stellar customer service and I will definitely be back!
