I'd do better making this myself!ordered 2 servings of small turkey sandwich & 2 potato soup. Used to buy this regularly. Not anymore! Sandwich had more bread than turkey (maybe 3 slices), soup had pretty much no potatos, more lik a cheese soup. And now they add bacon, cheese, etc to the soup-not on the side. Tasted like they'd added some starch to the soup. NOT WORTH $5.19 each.

It’s literally my fault for not checking my food because I was in a rush but I got the turkey avocado sandwich and it didn’t have any of the red onions or the lettuce, this being my first time at Schlotzsky’s was a bit disappointing oh and they forgot my pickle and literally only put a little bit of avocado when avocado is in the name. So yah just a bit disappointing especially with how much I’ve been craving an avocado sandwich.

Bad service I ordered 2 different meals they asked me 3 times I repeat the order and they forgot to put 1 sandwich!!!

Literally the bacon on the cinnamon rolls is skinny and doesn’t even have any taste to it ,

You would think it would have a salty taste to it but it doesn’t

The sandwhich was almost great, hence 4 stars. Asked no mustard but didn't keep Mayo so was dryish. 🥺 They made incorrectly 1st time so added big cookie 4 free due to wait. Staff very nice, engaging. 👍 My 2nd fav location...sorry, S MacArthur is still #1 🤭

It's the slowest and worst store ever. Whoever is working on this day needs to be fired. Nobody in line still waited at least 5 minutes before ordering. Then they still make it wrong with the sticker on it. They did not answer their phone. They hung up on me 5x in a row without answering. The store will be better off closed with those kinds of employees

I didn't bother ordering. It's pick up only! No indoor dining! Should do a better job of warning. What a joke! What a waste of space!

We arrived at the drive thru about 6pm. Nobody greeted us. So we started talking loudly and still nobody took our order. Then a 2nd car pulled up behind us. Then a 3rd. So I tried calling the store 3 times and either they hung up or the call dropped. The 3rd car eventually drove to the door so we decided to drive to the window. We saw a guy just stand there staring at us as we slowly drove around. The car behind us did the same. The man that walked to the window didn’t appear to have any luck neither bc he went back to his car empty handed.
