The quality of their sandwiches has definitely went down,soup is always watery and they forgot my chips twice now. The management at this store definitely needs a talking to for allowing their employees to give out messy sandwiches and terrible soup, when I goIn the morning the employees/ mangers always have attitudes and say there’s nothing they can do about the soup and sandwich quality. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all

They do not want customers inside the store. We ordered online and there really isn’t any clear signage to show where to pick-up the order. Very irritated by the app begging for a tip. It’s fast food. There is no dining room, they have minimized customer interaction and still have nerve to ask for a tip. The flat breads that we ordered were delicious. They get my recommendation!

Do not go to any Schlotzsky's! They have a terrible rewards program. Over a couple of years we earned 747 points and were saving for a special occasion. Schlotzski's expired our points. We will no longer support their franchises or recommend their restaurants. Poor loyalty to their customers!

This was the first time I've been to this location and normally Schlotzsky's is great but this time the pizzas I ordered were very overcooked. One had burnt crust around the edges and the cheese was overdone. The second one looked like it had been cooking and it was forgotten. The reason I'm not rating it lower is because this is my first visit and every other location is perfect.

My kids and I decided to stop in and have lunch. We ordered the turkey bacon club which was delicious . Melanie(team leader) was super welcoming along with her manager, Raliegh. Would recommend stopping in and eating at this location. Hands down the friendliest place in town!
