great service but dont order matcha here. 2 times in a row ive bought practically milk… if you sell matcha latte’s atleast know how to make them correctly.

I go here literally EVERYDAY 😅 Scooter's Coffee is definitely my treat to myself and I love the people that work there!! They make my day (plus the coffee 😂) They're always smiling and will even give me suggestions when I can't decide ❤ They are the BEST!
Kid-friendliness: They have some great smoothie options and almost everytime my daughter is in the car with me, they offer her a lollipop and she loves it
I've been here a few times and the coffee is good enough (I'm not wildly picky and just drink black coffee), but they really are quite positive/optimistic in the service department.
Today was my first "bad" experience there as they were running out of brewed coffee on my order but they gave me options for how to remedy it (Americano or a smaller cup of coffee), were quick to offer a refund when I choose a smaller cup, and eventually just gave me a free small cup of coffee because it took a minute to process the refund. All the while, they were friendly and communicative to me, kind to one another as the person at the window needed help doing a refund, and I left in a better mood than when I had arrived just because they were so optimistic. You can't always teach employees to be kind but you can create an environment that encourages it and this place seems to have done so.

I went to Scooters the first day that it was open. First impression was that it was pricey for what you get. The drinks were good but both burritos were ice cold after the first couple of bites. I called to let them know, figured that since it was their first day of business they were working out the kinks. I've returned on 2 other occasions for coffee and they've been good both times. Today I ordered a burrito with my coffee and it was not as cold as the first time but the inside still was barely warm and had a bad taste... very disappointing for the price

It was our first time trying Scooters and we were not disappointed. The lady who took our order was chipper and made amazing suggestions. Garrett helped us at the widow and he was so sweet! I have never had someone in a drive through ask me questions and not rush me along until today. He made the whole experience that much more enjoyable!

Incorrect order. Ordered a smores latte, pretty much got a chocolate latte. No graham or marshmallow. Looks nothing like what is advertised. Drinks here are way too expensive for them to be so wrong
