They had these in Kansas when we lived up there and we or I loved their peanut butter protein shakes, absolutely freaking a punch in the mouth. Love how quick an easy is it to get in out. Oh the people actually engage with you while ur stuff is being made. Check this location out y'all.

Everyone here is super friendly and the drinks are ready quickly, which is nice because I'm usually going right before work or on my lunch break. Unfortunately, the drinks aren't consistent. Sometimes they're really sweet and I can't taste the coffee at all. sometimes it's exactly how I want. Also one time I ordered a drink with non-dairy milk and they still put whipped cream on top. I went back and they fixed it for me right away.

Love this place! The people are so kind and friendly..especially Conner and Josie. I tried to use a gift card, but the computer was saying that it was “inactive”. Conner remembered me from the day before and immediately tried to give me a new gift card, but was having trouble getting it to activate again, so he just went ahead and paid for my drinks. He really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience with them. Definitely going back to see these guys! And so should you!! Thanks Conner!!

I never received any of my points even after I emailed my screen shots of purchases. And got nothing. It's a waste of time having the app.??

I explained to the drive through person what I wanted. They said they could make it. They tried to give me drinks I did not order and when they remade them to what I had ordered they still weren't correct. The price was outrageous. More expensive then Duncan Donuts, Black Rifle and Starbucks. Since they couldn't get it right in two try's I just went home and fixed the drinks myself. I will never try a Scooters coffee shop again.

It’s one of those places I tell people “It’s good every time, and sometimes it’s extraordinary.”I live down the street and frequently visit multiple times a week. My order is always correct and tasty, I’ve only ever been handed one incorrect item and it was as the employee realized it and, with plenty of opportunity to take the item back, graciously offered it to me in addition to my original order.And while I’m not normally one for conversation, there have been multiple times the employees have struck up an enjoyable interaction by complimenting something I take pride in. Every location gives good service but the individuals here are outstanding.

So listen, I love Scooter's. I hate their app. It is a pain in the ass to use. The titles for the drinks are not the same for all the menu items. The staff is fabulous, drinks, food excellent. I need to be able to scan my receipt to get credits. I am there every day. Their app sucks! Your employees are awesome. So friendly.
