I go here like everyday. If my husband sees this I'm going to say my phone was stolen and they wrote this. The food is microwaved, it's mediocre. The coffee is fantastic and I used to be a Starbucks person soooooo I just come here now. It's about the same price, don't get excited that it's cheaper. The people that work here should get tips, but they don't push the machine in your face like Starbucks does so that makes me a fan. I do t know what else I could say besides, just try it. I recommend the carmelicious, vanilla cold foam and almond milk because my stomach sucks ?‍♀️Dietary restrictions: They have almond and oat milk.Parking: It's a drive through, I've seen people walk up but you just look dumb doing that ?Kid-friendliness: They have cotton candy smoothies and some fruit drinks. I'm sure your kid would pick something off the menu.

I love scooters through and through - their prices beat starbuck, Dutch Brothers, and Dunkin! Their baristas are SO friendly - the coffee... I'm not sure if it's the filtered water or what, but the coffee is decadent!!

Customer service is always fabulous at any of the Scooters that I've been to. Everyone is always so sweet. It's been awhile since I've been and I was shocked when I got to the window and my coffee was $7. That is the only thing that's going to keep me from going frequently anymore. It will be a once in awhile treat because I do love the White Rose(white chocolate raspberry mocha).

Went around 12pm, had a strawberry banana vertigo, there was a gel like substance and metal pieces at the bottom of the cup. Tried calling but no answer.

Update:1/3/23 - this was finally handled. I update the star rating from 1 to 2 since this has been settled. The time it took was still unacceptable, but their regional manager has been incredibly apologetic. Thank you.I was charged for another customers order on 12/18. I got one drink, the other customer had a plethora of items. The staff at the store said the charge would be reversed in a few days. I’ve contacted Level Up, other stores, spoke to the manager, etc. all who keep telling me it will be back on my card “soon”. Here we are on New Year’s Eve, almost 2 weeks later, and they still have not refunded the money. This is absolutely ridiculous. Scooters needs to rethink how they handle these situations. A refund should not take this long to process. They have lost a regular customer due to this, I highly recommend you use cash to pay for your orders at this location as management does not seem to think this is an issue.
