Instantly turned off by the server’s attitude at the drive thru. Never been here before. We weren’t doing anything but looking at the menu, no one behind us. And the server rudely comes over the comes asking us if we’re ready to order. It was in her tone. We told her we were still looking and then not even sixty seconds went by and she came back over asking if we needed help deciding. Same tone. Again, no one else behind us. So I asked her if she was in a rush and she responds just repeating what she said. We explained that we just needed some time, we’d never been there before. Then she doesn’t respond. And we decided to just leave. To which she did not respond. We clearly weren’t wanted there. Funny how much can be said in just a person’s tone. But she said it all. Extremely unpleasant and will just swing on over to Starbucks instead.

Oh my god. I just placed a mobile order which was $30 for 3 coffees, and I was happy to pay because I remember really liking scooters. I also got pretzel snackers which I had never tried before. I got a nitro cold brew and it no joke tasted like the Ohio river. Absolutely horrible. I included a picture of it because why on earth does it look like that, the cold foam won’t mix with the coffee at all it just stays separated 😭 the pretzel snackers are also so so so bad, literal rocks so hard to bite and chew and look nothing like the picture. Guys I’m so sad actually. They also didn’t give us straws btw

Just a typical scooter's and I enjoyed my iced caramelicious coffee drink. I had no complaints whatsoever. It was near my VA Appointment location and it was just what I needed. ☕

Dietary restrictions: Oat milk and almond milk available and cane sugar.
It's one of my favorite ☕️ spots. The service is always on point, as for menu items ? my picks cheese bacon breakfast burrito #1, oh don't let me forget the best item ever the "Cinnamon roll" ? so so delicious, but( Corporate really needs to discontinue the everything bagel sandwich ) it's a setup don't buy it!

This location is great each time I visit! The girls who work in this store are very consistent with speed (always 2 mins or less even with other cars) you cannot find any coffee shop servicing people at the speed these ladies do. I’ve never had an item made wrong at this location you just cannot ask for a better scooters than this one.
