Don’t order any modified drink from this location. You will pay for the extra shots, but won’t receive them. I even took the time to give the location feedback and they said they made the drink as requested 🤦🏼♀️ I’m a professional Scooter’s consumer, and this location isn’t capable of making my blender.

Andrew, the manager at this location, is fantastic! He does a great job remembering customers and their preferences. Plus, the store is always very clean inside, and it has a perfect-sized indoor seating area at this location.

I love this location. However, the weekday morning blended drinks always taste 100% better than the weekends, for some reason the blenders on the weekends are supppper runny and feels like a waste of my money.

i ordered the everything bagel sandwich with no cheese and a sugar cookie latte. i asked for oat milk, which they were out of. as someone who has worked at a scooters i was not upset with this, but i also asked for my sandwich with no cheese, as i am lactose intolerant. i am aware the latte contains dairy, but small amounts are okay. as the person handed me the sandwich, he said “no cheese.” as i am heading to work and don’t have time to go back through, i just trusted it. the sandwich ended up having cheese on it. i tried calling for a refund and the first time the phone just rang for about a minute. i tried two other times and the line was busy. i am very disappointed. and hungry.
I am from California and I'm trying this coffee for the first time. Very impressed with the taste and customer service. Will visit again.
