I'm very disappointed in scooters went their on 2-5-24 and I found a chocolate cap in my drink. They did replace my drink but I was told by 2 managers they were going to put $20 on my app account here it is 2-9-24 still no money on my app account and management lies to customers so, if you go to scooters on south western be sure to check your drink to make sure they don't drop cap in your drink and knowing they did that and didn't make a new drink. Bad management in my opinion

Went through the drive thru. Coffee out in one second. Thought that was fast. Burnt old coffee. Spent $13 on two bad coffees.

Just left with my mother and dogs. After I paid they offered a pup cup but once we got it we were not expecting a Milk-Bone dog treat to be inside the cup. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future.Parking: Since it was a drive-through there really wasn't any parking except for the employee parking lot but still good coffee though
