I love when they say scoot around

It's not my first choice, but a friend gave me a gift certificate for Scooters, and I used it. I guess it was alright for a simple coffee with some flavoring. Can't beat a free cup of coffee.

I really love Scooters and this one’s probably my favorite location. I’ve been to almost every one several times in the city but this one takes the cake for nicest staff. I will say they’re probably the nicest baristas I’ve ever encountered, I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative interaction or come upon a bad attitude. Sana and Hailey were really sweet the last time I came. It was taking some time to get my order and I had to wait but they kept a good attitude and were reassuring as well as personable. And the drink was fire. I got a matcha latte (don’t usually get) and it was sooooo good. Try to stay positive as a customer and these people will take great care of you!

The coffee is very sweet but please don’t ask me if I want a bagel and you hand me a soggy steamed sandwich. Why is there food only steamed? No.

On a whim I tried Scooters coffee and haven't been anywhere else. This location has top notch customer service, everyone always has a positive attitude, service is so quick! Never in my life have I seen a drive-through line move so quickly! You have a very efficient team at this location! Wish I could give six stars!

Today they asked if I wanted donuts. I said yes but never got them. Called and they said I got you? Come back by? I’m not driving back today. They won’t be there tomorrow. Usually great service but not today. Asked for two pup cups got one. No donuts. She was very distracted today.

The assistant manager is very knowledgeable and very good with customer service! Their product is decent price. I love this location very convenient right down street from Classen Blvd and sits right off NWEXPWY.

Parking: It is a drive thru only with approximately 5 to 6 parking spots
