I am incredibly disappointed in my experience at Seltzer's. I made a reservation at 10 am for brunch on a Sunday. I showed up a few minutes early and made sure to check in at the front desk. I was told by the hostess that she would check on my table to make sure it was clean and ready for her to escort us to. As she walked away to check, I turn around and notice about 4 to 5 other groups waiting to be seated as well. I struck up a few conversations with them and was given some info on how long they all had been waiting, and if they had a reservation or not. Some had already been waiting, with reservations, for more than 30-45 minutes with no updates or communication from the staff at any point. Long story short, it took 40 minutes past our reservation time to finally be sat down. On top of this, or waitress did not come and stop by our table for about 10-15 minutes. She kept walking by and saying "give me 5 minutes", she did that about 2 or 3 times. Once again, just no communication whatsoever. The food was much better than the service, although we had a limited menu for some reason (really wish they would have had better communication about that as well). My group was very excited to come and try their food and drinks - and we were surprisingly very disappointed in our overall experience. I hope that they can stay afloat and work on their environment and etiquette. They would be a fantastic restaurant if they could keep up with the baseline necessities.
Hotel eatery on a busy weekend. Service was good, the kitchen was really backed up (we could see all the tickets). We had breakfast, it was decent for the time we had available.
My husband loved the rosemary in the breakfast potatoes and my kids loved the cast iron cinnamon roll.
Almost ruined our Christmas! App let me make a reservation for noon. I called the hotel to make sure that the restaurant was open. They did not inform me that the restaurant closed at 11 PM so my family showed up dressed up, excited to eat good food, and the restaurant was closed. I was devastated. I guess I should've asked the hotel what time they close. But I thought I did my part. Super bummed. Do not trust this app! Also, I kind of assume like most restaurants that the restaurant gets informed of any reservations made, so I'm very disappointed that the restaurant did not call me to tell me they closed at 11. Super disappointing! We don't eat out as a family often- so it was a big deal!!
More expensive iHop. Had a reservation and still took a while to be seated. Service was slow. Food was very mediocre but pricey for what you get. Will not go back.
We were excited to stay at hotel and the breakfast here is amazing! We were met by Jill who is a server there and she was awesome 👏!!!
Definitely am happy to get good service at a nice place . Went above and beyond to help me and my mom out who is elder. Thank you!

Restaurant wasn't open, no message to say my reservation was closed, no note on the door and nothing when I called to see what happened. Waste of a drive to go downtown for this
My bf and I made reservations here for 12:15 on Sunday, Oct. 20. We got there and the doors were locked even though online it said they were open. A few other groups were waiting as well and we all waited about 15 minutes until someone tried to find an employee. Another 5 minutes: an employee comes and ONLY speaks to the group that asked for the employee, even though it was obvious that we were all waiting with reservations. They said that because of slow service in the morning they were not going to open. If we hadn’t asked, we wouldn’t have known. There was no email or text for our reservation. Employees inside saw us waiting through the windows and said nothing. So we paid $11 for parking for nothing. Not even compensation for the inconvenience or a professional apology. Wishing I could give no stars.
Very disappointing experience. We came on Friday at noon. Besides us, there were only 2 more table taken. We waited 45 minutes(!!!) for our food to be served and all what we ordered were just couple eggs Benedicts and chicken strip from kids menu, that by the way cost cost $14 (!!!)- price of adult lunch meal if you ask me, but the size of for kids portion: three small chicken strips and tiny bowl of fruit that was far from fresh. Food tastes mediocre at best. Staff seemed indifferent and lazily drugging themselves around.
We definitely won’t be back and would recommend even the guests of the hotel to stay away from it and try different places in the area for breakfast/ lunch.
P.S. it’s said in the restaurant description that valet parking will be validated for diners whoever, we were charged for the parking.

The staff is amazing 🤩 one of the best customer service ever and beautiful place to eat yet needs some improvement on food taste for the price they are charging,potential is there! I got the
Southern Benedict, it fell short on taste the sauce was tasteless yet tangy in a bad way didn’t pair well w cornbread biscuit that’s on the sweet side, bacon was like half of an entire one on each biscuit and bunch of tasteless potatoes for $15? Not worth the money, I got eclair that it was rather like eating bread with filling not really like an eclair.

Love to have brunch at Omni . Me and my hubby are always enjoyed our brunch here. We love the atmosphere and food. Also , the service was great 👍🏼
Excellent brunch for a late Fathers Day honoring my 94 yr old father in law. Michael was so attentive to his needs and food was very good. Thank you.

I always stay at the Omni when I visit OKC and usually have breakfast at Seltzer's within the property. I want to congratulate management at how well this place is run. Staff is always extra friendly and eager to please patrons requests. We had breakfast here today and Michael our server was an outstanding team member. He made our day. Great meal, great people.
