I was a loyal customer for years, but the service and food went so downhill. The workers don’t even know they have to-go orders until the customer gets there to pick it up. I once had to call the store while standing at the counter, just to find an employee to let them know I was there to get my food. I asked for a refund today and canceled my order, because the worker had no idea an order was placed. It’s not like they’re busy. It’s in the Collective, which has been notoriously slow since someone shot it up last May.

I've never had Hawaiian food before, and I figured the 10 Buck Lunch Week was a safe way to try. The special was kalua pork with nappa cabbage and accompanied by rice and mac salad. I'm not a big pork person, but the kalua pork was very well seasoned, and if it got to be a bit much, the mac salad and rice helped balance it out. Speaking of which, I was surprised by how much I liked the mac salad. I am very leary about pasta salads as I find too often that they are too sweet or have way too much dressing for my tastes, but this salad was perfect for me. I am eager to try the other dishes now!

Was a big fave and found out when we were craving it that we could no longer order delivery. Hopefully that changes one day.
