Shimmers Sno Cones

I go to this place almost a lot, so much so that everyone including the owner knows me. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes all to finally get to the window 3 minutes before they closed and the girl informs me that they were now closed. Mind you this same chick has come outside twice while I was in line to take the cars in front of mines orders. had she said these are the last two cars were taking and then we're closing I'd be fine no big deal but you let me sit there and wait and line all to tell me that you're closed. I don't expect special treatment even though I spend the ridiculous amount of money there I expect to be treated with consideration though

Completely terrible service.
Facebook and sign on door shows to be open by 2pm. Here it’s after 3pm and still not opened.

I ordered Miss Lowe’s Missing Link, and I was fairly disappointed. The flavoring is almost tasteless and tastes very watered down and just stains your teeth. With the combination of flavors I had, I couldn’t tell you one flavor I tasted.

The only issue I have is that I’m here right now. It’s 12:19 on July 3rd and they are not open. The struggle is real I just left the dentist and I ONLY WANT SHIMMERS. I was going to go to the next location and they pulled up and offered me half off! I love GREAT customer service and most of all DIVINE INTERVENTION!

Bad working conditions/ unsanitary environment

Everytime I go here these girls scam the hell out of me. I got 2 kiddie sized snow ones ($1.75 each) I get home and see they charged me $10. Stay away from these scammers lol

I’m not from here but i’m here quite often. This is the best snow cone place i’ve found so far. I’ve been here for about 7+ times and every time they’re out of pickle/pickle juice. It’s so disappointing, especially because it’s still on the menu. Although I gave up on them after the 3rd time it’s still gets to me. Hope they fix that soon.

They were good at the beginning of the year and now they have a bunch of younger girls there who could care less about customer service, that’s okay save me the Cals I’ll go buy clothes instead (:
