I have always loved going to Shimmers for their Tart-a-berry snocones. Until the past few years, they changed their sour apple favor and its a dull yellow color and it tastes disgusting. Since this past time, I haven't gone back.It has really ruined Shimmers for me.

Waited in line over 30 minutes and they turned off their machines so they couldn’t take card and lied about it or working when they took a card from my friend in front of me in line, they made 2 sno cones in 30 minutes lol

It was sooooooo yummy!!!! My boyfriend got one of their strawberry flavors and I got pina colada with extra cream! The girls working were so sweet and we got our orders super quick! 9/10 !!!!

First off. Why the hell does a sno cone place have no napkins! Who’s the wise a$$ that thought that up? Second off. I asked for sour straws (they were out) then I asked for gummy bears. 25 cents for gummy bears which is fine if I would’ve gotten more then ONE GUMMY BEAR!!!!! 25 cents for a single gummy bear? That highway robbery!!!! The sno was alright but was basically a drink when I got it! ONE STAR!!

Was just here on Wednesday around 7, got 2 drinks,neither of which was supposed to have cherry. 1 dreamsicle and 1 banana split. Both not only had extra cherry, but the banana split was almost EXCLUSIVELY cherry. Literally not a hint of banana. I just took the loss because they looked like they were closing, but honestly I probably won't be back because that was maliciously incompetent. Gross.

I go to this place almost a lot, so much so that everyone including the owner knows me. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes all to finally get to the window 3 minutes before they closed and the girl informs me that they were now closed. Mind you this same chick has come outside twice while I was in line to take the cars in front of mines orders. had she said these are the last two cars were taking and then we're closing I'd be fine no big deal but you let me sit there and wait and line all to tell me that you're closed. I don't expect special treatment even though I spend the ridiculous amount of money there I expect to be treated with consideration though

Eh I would rather make the drive somewhere else. I ordered tigers blood, only thing I’ve ever ordered anywhere else, and it tastes like Hawaiian Punch juice. Also, it was a slushee consistency, never looked like shaved ice. Very disappointing. I didn’t know you could mess up a snow cone lol

Loved the shaved ice! Love that they’re open all year round. We were going every day but one day their ice machine stopped working literally minutes after they opened. So we looked elsewhere that day and found that they’re a little more expensive than other places, so we’ve been visiting the cheaper place. I still would like to try all the flavors at some point. Some are really hit or miss but most have been good
