I go to this place almost a lot, so much so that everyone including the owner knows me. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes all to finally get to the window 3 minutes before they closed and the girl informs me that they were now closed. Mind you this same chick has come outside twice while I was in line to take the cars in front of mines orders. had she said these are the last two cars were taking and then we're closing I'd be fine no big deal but you let me sit there and wait and line all to tell me that you're closed. I don't expect special treatment even though I spend the ridiculous amount of money there I expect to be treated with consideration though

Loved the shaved ice! Love that they’re open all year round. We were going every day but one day their ice machine stopped working literally minutes after they opened. So we looked elsewhere that day and found that they’re a little more expensive than other places, so we’ve been visiting the cheaper place. I still would like to try all the flavors at some point. Some are really hit or miss but most have been good

Me and my friends decided to come here after church today. We all wanted snow cones and one of our friends suggested this place. When we pulled up the menu was way too far and small print to read so we had to wait til we got to the window to see what options they had. The man had an attitude at the window the entire time and acted very annoyed with any questions we had about the menu. The snow cones were good and the ice was nice and soft. It was just a basic snow cone shack so i gave 3 stars for atmosphere. Overall I would probably come again but just would hope we get a different employee next time.

I've gone 2 times and they have closed earlier than they are posted so I drive all the way up there for nothing. And then tonight we were in line and a guy walks up and puts a orange cone in front of our car with attitude and I rolled my window down and asked him what he was doing and he said they are closed. I thought that was very rude. I will never recommend this place or ever go there again

We went there and got the kids each a sugar free silver fox which had no flavor and was very melted. We also got a Melon Mama, which was the only good one & a peach with cream and the cream was spoiled. Would not recommend.

Good snocones but ungodly slow. You’ll wait in line for 30 minutes for 5 cars. I’m not really sure what they’re doing in there but whatever it is they’re not doing to quickly. It’s to the point I won’t go on the weekend because of the wait.
