We went with some family they sat up top while we were a couple levels lower. The service was the worst we've ever had. When the meal came everyone's came bit mine. I waited until they were done eating to go find the manager. She asked me whay I had then went to find put what waa going on. Then she comes back ten mins later and asked again what I had. I ordered roasted chicken broccoli and a side salad. Should have been cooked already anyways. The manager finally brings me my food and it is ice cold. We never seen our waitress again until we were ready to tab out. And when she did come back she said long time no see??? Never again! We've given them plenty enough chances at this point. By the way the people that met us there amd sat at a different table. Same thing happened to them. Too expensive to not have better service. They did take my meal off the ticket. But i highly recommend Bricktown Brewery!

We love silks good and service ! Always a win watching the ponies run and eating good food ! Great service !
Way too cold down low against windows where we were seated - but moving up just brought about more smoke smell - I guess it is in the ventilation from the casino floor. We won't be back.
The Silks is a must for dinner when at Remington Park. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu has something for everyone. If you need accommodations or want something a little extra, ask. If they know it's a special event, they go above and beyond to help you celebrate. I recommend sitting on level 4 or 5 if it's cold outside. The closer you are to the large windows, the colder/more uncomfortable it gets during the winter months. Clint is the Silks manager. We have been going for years, but we have never seen a better manager for the Silks than Clint. If you are not sure what to drink, tell him what you like & he will amaze you with his bartender skills. It's really cool to watch him throw bottles and glasses, too.
The food was amazing. The service was great. The selection on the two for $45 on Thursday night was worth the money. We very much enjoyed our evening at Silks.
I made a reservation which included the table number 103. When we arrived they told us someone else was already sitting at our table so they tried sitting us at 217 because it was what they had in their system... I specifically picked 103 because it was a window seat.. We ended up getting to sit at a table by the window but our food took almost 45 minutes just to come out and we ordered everything at once..
The food was a good value for the dollar. The service was excellent. It was freezing in there. It's no fun when it's 65 degrees.
Host for Silks need customer service training when customers come into the restaurant At least greet
Remington opened at 1 for the Breeders Cup, but normally open at 5. They did not have enough help at 1:00, BUT the few that were there did a good job despite being under stress. I thanked them for that.
Loved the location for watching the races. However, that was the only thing good about our experience. Food: the bread was very good. The ribeye was not seasoned and very fatty. The sautéed spinach tasted like it was poured straight from a can and not seasoned. The banana cake was a small very dense bunt cake that was hard to cut. My husband liked the jumbo shrimp cocktail. Service: It was a slow night due to weather, so we thought our service would be good. When we walked up to the desk, the employee had his head down and it took a bit for someone to acknowledge us even though three female employees were sitting on the bench nest to the counter talking about Halloween costumes . The waitress would be gone long periods of time before refilling our drinks. The computer system went down at one point and she was yelling across the restaurant to the customers instead of walking over to them. The employee busting the tables was on his phone and having a loud conversation. The experience did not meet our expectations at all. Very disappointed for the price.

Little navigation needed to get to Silks but it's worth it. Been doing here for YEARS for all sort of occasions. Birthdays, Celebrations, Holidays, and just for fun. Even went here for my 21st birthday many years ago and not only had a memorable time with my friends and family, but the casino also gave me a free $100 voucher for the races as a birthday surprise! The atmosphere has grown a little quieter in recent years but I have to say it beats the crowds when it is busy. Staff waiting on you is prompt and food/requests come quick. Cannot recommend enough for a good time!

If you want to enjoy the races and not worry about the weather and be pampered at the same time we recommend this place. Food is very good and service is great. Total enjoyment
our party of six had various menu items and all were exceptional in taste, value and service
Reserved for a family outing, staff were quick and talkative. The food was awesome and prices were decent! Also served sweet tea the way its supposed to be, sweet! We will be back! Only thing, lot of stairs to climb up and down.
Our service was really poor. I think our waitress was fairly new. We had to wait a long time in between seeing her, ordering, etc. She also charged us extra. The food was also poor quality and someone was smoking in the restaurant. I thought the FDA made that illegal but apparently not. The view was very cool and we were able to bet in between races, while waiting on our food, which made it incredible ambience. I might go again but have incredible low expectations for food.
