Reserved for a family outing, staff were quick and talkative. The food was awesome and prices were decent! Also served sweet tea the way its supposed to be, sweet! We will be back! Only thing, lot of stairs to climb up and down.

Our service was really poor. I think our waitress was fairly new. We had to wait a long time in between seeing her, ordering, etc. She also charged us extra. The food was also poor quality and someone was smoking in the restaurant. I thought the FDA made that illegal but apparently not. The view was very cool and we were able to bet in between races, while waiting on our food, which made it incredible ambience. I might go again but have incredible low expectations for food.

Service was good and food was good. Unfortunately they had technical difficulties and canceled the races for the evening. They were very accommodating though. Overall though we had a great evening despite the canceled races, we were still able to take advantage of simulcast and of course play at the casino.

We came for the races which were cancelled. That was a big let down. The food was ok. Carrots could have been cooked a little longer and the cookie was under cooked.Service was pretty good, but, the waitress was covering too many tables so we had to hunt her up when we needed something.

The food was actually much much better than the last few times we've been there. We had the chicken fried chicken and everything was fresh and well-made. Our server, Mackenzie was incredible. She worked extremely hard to do a good job. She was extremely attentive. The cocktails were terrible. Absolutely awful. It made the experience less than it could've been. Just a little bit of training and it would've been a perfect evening.

There is smoking allowed in the restaurant. Someone at the table next to us was smoking and we asked if it was allowed. Our waiter said yes. This was the only thing we didn't like AT ALL.

Very nice atmosphere, there were people smoking pipes/cigars smoke does filter thru dining area. I did request window seats, we were not seated by any windows, however the 4 hours we were there, there was plenty available seats. Bread service was very good. Salads were very fresh! Fried pickles were yummy, fried okra had too much coating for us, didn't really get to that the okra. They ran out of vanilla ice cream, so we had to have chocolate on the skillet chocolate chip cookie. They ran out of salmon for dinner as well, would've liked to try that

Let me start by saying the races at the track were canceled for the night, so things fell apart early. Food was so so. Order was messed up repeatedly. Ordered crab cakes and soup. No crab cakes. Changed my order to steak and salad, cancelling the soup. Salad came out followed by the soup that I had cancelled. A few minutes later, here came the steak along with a baked potato and carrots that I didn't want. The chicken on my wife's chef salad was dry. Server commented that “The kitchen is a sh*t show”because the kitchen staff thought they should be able to go home since there were no races. C'mon. You still have customers that would like to eat. BTW, if you're a senior make sure to ask for the senior discount (25%off). We'll be back because we have always been treated well there before.

We had a great time at Silks in Remington Park eating dinner and watching the horse races.  We did the two dine for $45 and ordered 2 house salads, one of the chicken fried chicken dinners, and one of the hamburger dinners then the cherry cheesecake for dessert. Great deal for the money and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. Also, Brittney was our server and did a great job. We took note that all of the servers and staff had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy their job.
