Very welcoming cute , beautiful place. Baristas welcome you with a smile. Delicious coffees. I also had a fresh moctail. Nice and quiet to sip on your fav drink and read a book. So happy I stumbled into this place !

Such a cute place! I was there for the first today and was greeted by the owner who was so warm and welcoming! Can’t wait to go back.

One of my favorite spots for a coffee date or to catch my breath! I love the remodel with extra space and comfy seating. Wonderful coffee and cold, refreshing drinks??

New owners are awful. It's not the place it once was. I wish the best to the employees that left and good luck to the ones that have stayed.

Sincerely has proved the concept of disimprovement. You have the best baristas in the city, inarguably the best coffee around, the perfect vibe, great location, a connecting bookstore and decided to… what? Pull a VC move without understanding your market? Don't get me wrong, the renovations look good (except the wall between the bookstore). But why buy a winning business and slap some Edmond “values” on it?

They have recently remodeled their space and it looks awesome! Been there 3 times in the last week alone. Cozy, warm, inviting. It’s the coffee shop OKC has been missing. Baristas are friendly. I’m currently on crutches and they went out of their way to help me. Coffee is superb as well!

Sincerely Coffee Roasters used to be just like what it sounds like—a sincere community of people and a welcoming place. The shop has come under new ownership and it has lost a lot of its character and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Less welcoming, less community oriented, stripped of what made it special. Staff is wonderful, but it feels like it’s becoming like a Starbucks or any other run of the mill shop. Disappointing for a small local shop that was once so welcoming to everyone and unique. I used to love coming here but feeling less comfy lately. It was a great shop back in the day.

The best thing about this coffee shop is the baristas!! Super friendly service and I enjoy chatting with them whenever I go in. They recently renovated their shop, and they took away the community bulletin and the pride sticker. That is very disappointing to me. This renovation has taken away all of the personality from the coffee shop.

I'm a longtime customer who was excited to be here on day one after the renovations. While the new space is beautiful, I can no longer support the business in its current state due to recent decisions made by the new owners. They have decided that Sincerely should be a "neutral" space that is "welcoming of all", which for them apparently means removing all support for the LGBTQIA+ community. This is the opposite of welcoming of all. It's welcoming of homophobes and transphobes who don't want to be reminded that queer people exist, but for the rest of us, it's alienating and insulting.
The baristas here are all wonderful and work extra hard to make everyone feels welcome in spite of these very misguided business decisions. However, if you're part of the LGBTQIA+ community or consider yourself an ally, I recommend steering clear until the owners come to their senses.

I’m pretty disappointed in the new setup. It’s not LGBTQIA friendly anymore I guess.
Super bummed.
Edit to response: Honestly disappointed in this response. I’m not really sure how removing some rainbow decor and the community board makes you “cultivate” any culture other than that of making sure a certain type of person doesn’t feel accepted there.
You will never see me in there again and I’ll make sure to tell my friends to not waste their money in this establishment either.
It’s not about “cultivating an environment”, its about creating an environment that is no longer welcoming to the community it once highly supported because of your own personal views.
It’s okay there’s honestly tons of other coffee places who do support the LGBTQIA community and aren’t afraid to hang their flags in the area. I’ll buy my $7 latte there. ?️?

The new remodel/atmosphere has turned what was a good coffee shop into a great coffee space. Loving the new vibe and excited to see the new owners continue to make it an even more comfortable space. Coffee quality is great and this is now a great space to hangout as well as a great working environment. I spend a lot of time in coffee shops and this is fast becoming a new favorite for me.

This has been my favorite okc coffee shop for a while, the coffee is great and the employees are so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. However it seems that under new management a lot is changing and not in a good way. The remodel took all the character out of the place and I noticed the other day that the community poster wall had been taken down. When I go into a local coffee shop I expect to see local events/people and feel a cozy atmosphere. It all just makes me kinda sad because okc has very few good coffee shops left…
Rating the service a 5 because of the people that work there. Food should be higher than a one, but I don't want to shine any favor on the new owners more than needed. It was a great place, was. The new owners are changing what made the shop the shop to begin with, already having driven away several good employees. Doesn't feel welcoming anymore

Their latte art was super cute! Love that the book store is right next to this coffee shop. Always love getting a book from there then reading it over here. Staff are always friendly and nice too!
