I like this company, but not this location. I've had consistently bad smoothies from this location and if you order online you can't get a refund. I order the same coffee hulk protein shake every time....the final one tasted like apples and milk with no coffee at all. This location is not and has a high failure rate on smoothies, the wait is long and consistently can't get things right.

I tried going to the drive-through to order a holiday Delight pecan smoothie. They tell me I can’t order it unless they do it online. I don’t have online access while I’m in the car in my work vehicle. I also they could just make it for me and they said no they don’t have the recipe unless you order online which I think is absolutely atrocious considering it says the recipe when you Google search it. Poor customer service to make things harder for the customer, just make the dang smoothie. I will not be back.

Can't really say much about the smoothies or any of their items. Decided to try today for the first time ever after receiving a mail offer and was very rudely told their systems are down and they can't take any orders. With service like that I can see why they're sending out coupons every week.

My wife went thru the drive thru to pick up our online order. The trainee asked if she was a door dash driver. Then said the person behind you said they are picking up for James too. So my wife had to ask the question if there could be more than one James even though gave last name. Smoothies didn't taste the way they should. The workers were completely incompetent had my wife drive forward and reverse back to drive thru while they tried to figure out what James to give order to even though she kept saying first and last name on order. Shift lead came out extremely rude shaking her head and with an attitude to hand off smoothies that were disgusting. She was complaining of the trainees. My wife would have went inside to get drinks however she had our infant sun in the car and in 100 degree weather she figured drive thru wasn't busy she could just get drinks quicker that way plus it's never been an issue in the past. When we tried our drinks at home they were disgusting. Called and spoke to shift lead about it, and she told us to call back after she called general manager. When we called back she tried saying it was wife's fault for not coming inside and refused to compensate us for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

Update* no refund ever offered even from HQ. Only offered to remake our smoothies. Why not cut your losses and honor refund request like the most successful companies do? I'll tell you why, because this is a spiteful company that does not value their most loyal customers. Thank GOD there's more than one smoothie king nearby.
