The guy who was serving/cashier was not welcoming at all. The chairs were put up so I couldn't sit down while I wait. Didn't want to answer my questions and didn't look like he wanted to be there at all. He should get out of the customer service business. I don't live in the area so I don't really have to go back if I did live here I would definitely take our business elsewhere

My sister is deaf (she’s able to read lips) so we pulled up to the window the girl at the window had a disgusting attitude my sister was so shocked by her response all she could say was okay. Do better next time. The ice cream was also partially melted.

Doordashing and got to the restaurant 30 minutes before they close. Both workers in there starting going off that they can't make the order and yelling at me, told me to get the f out and after talking to the lady I was supposed to be delivering to she said they did that to the person before that was supposed to pick her order up. Absolutely appalled and will never go here personally

My smoothie and smoothie bowls were so delicious! Despite the amount of smoothie bowls I ordered before closing time, Juliana was so kind and made my order Super fast. I will definitely be coming back!

I'd love to leave a review, but sadly I ordered pulled up and they said they couldn't serve me because of my vehicle.Been through hundreds of drive-through fit perfectly fine through every single one. ? not sure why I was denied service.Oh well good thing there is plenty of other businesses that want money.

Do not recommend this location. There is always an issue with the "system" it seems to me they just don't want to work. Every Monday it's always an issue with this location. Employees were Very rude, didn't want to give me a corporate number or talk to manager.

I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me they didn't have the main ingredient for my shake. Very incompetent and a waste of my time. Not cool, just come out next time jeez

They got the order wrong TWICE we told them 2 metabolism and 2 pb swizzle and they charged us for one of each then we corrected them telling them it was 2 of each and only made the drink

Super glad that there are new employees. Hopefully change is taking place. For the past year this location has had horrible service mostly because of the bad attitudes and character of the employees. They would constantly be smoking in the back and trying to kill time without attending the store. They seemed quite angry with all customers. I've had several bad experiences where I had to wait for extremely long and they still made me to feel like I was their biggest inconvenience. On another occasion, they argued that I didn't pay even though I had the receipt to prove it. I think half the time they were high on weed, you could smell it. Today I went for a smoothie, and there were new faces but everyone looked mad. No Greeting, no hello, no anything. Even though they are new, they don't know the most basic customer service skills in hospitality. When I picked up my smoothie I yelled out thank you to everyone and not a single person even looked up to look at me. They just kept working with expressions of anger or just a bad mood. Is there something wrong with management here? Why can't y'all seem to train hospitable workers. I used to work for years as a waiter and I used to work in retail as well. Now I own my own business. Business is all about hospitality and customers and if you can't seem to motivate your employees, there might be something wrong about leadership in general. Raise leaders not just people with positions. Motivate them. Also, it always seems a bit dim and dark ambience inside. Maybe add little bit more lighting to liven it up or some music. Something is just off about this house place. Good luck and at least the smoothie was tasty.
