I’ve been to this sonic many times. But today, I ordered on the app and my husband went to pick up. A picture of his footlong coney is attached. Idk why it looks like that but it’s definitely not appealing. We had ordered tots with cheese and did not receive them. I paid like $5 for these tots so I sent him back WITH the receipt to get them. They were so rude and turned it into a 30 minute ordeal. It was insane. Probably won’t order from this location again.

I went to the drive thru ar 3:58pm was going to order and get drinks half price before 4pm. I sit there until 4:01pm before someone answered to take my order and missed happy hour. I didn't place an order and left to go to a different sonic. Horrible service.

We had a great ordering experience. But when we finally got home our fries were cold and our burgers were wrong. It is down right disrespectful to not make sure the order is correctly bagged when someone spends $24 dollars at your establishment.

I paid 50¢ for real cherries in my drink and they put in ONE. I paid 50 cents for one cherry. 😢
Super slow. Even on app order. They often screw with their timing system and the menu board will say it’s on its way and then 10 minutes later. Still not there. They are going thru remodel BUT this sonic has been getting worse for the past year. It was the best around. Not sure what happened. Good for drinks in the drive thru but would otherwise.

i have never left a bad review on anything ever but felt like i needed to today. i ordered 4 milkshakes and waited a little over 30 mins. everyone that came after us got their order right away and they cleared out the drive through before we even got our order. i pressed the red button twice to check on our order and the last time i pressed it, it said someone was on their way. we finally get our milkshakes and they’re literally melted. i had 2 kids with me waiting in a hot car for their ice cream they were excited about just to get handed melted ass ice creams. terrible service.
