If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst experience at a sonic ever. Got my order wrong 3 times. I ordered a burger with no sauce and no pickles, and a cherry limeade they brought me a cheesecake shake and a burger with sauce. I told them it was wrong and they said it’s what’s on the receipt. I sent it back but they didn’t refund me for the shake. They said they would remake my burger and it had pickles on it and no onions. Manager is so rude and condescending. Randomly added mozzarella sticks to my order when I didn’t order it and had to ask them to take it off. I genuinely will never go back to this sonic.

I barely go to this one and every time i go i instantly regret it every time bruh! the lady never gave me my change and helped the orders that was behind me, then i asked for bbq sauce bc i got pop corn chicken and she said they charge? ok well take it out of the change you never gave me, then i taste the old fries that tasted like they was recooked, the mozzarella sticks were soggy on some parts and hard on others, how do you get soggy mozzarella sticks i have no idea. they need to shut this one down and put something else here. 0/10

Everytime my family and I have been here we have received terrible customer service. Most times we’re asked to wait to order, and then not receive our order for a considerable time. And then met with every worker having an attitude, as if we were bothering them. Today’s experience, we were in the drive in stall, were told to wait 5-10 minutes just to order and then abruptly told to order with a very rude tone. Then the server came to us asking for the money before the food came out, and when asked for the food first he gave us attitude. When we did get our food we talked very nicely to him and he didn’t even say anything.
Also I’ve been to a lot of Sonic’s but this one- the food has always been mediocre, and very salty.
Overall disappointing every time.

This Manager genuinely needs to be fired. I’m not the type to complain or leave bad reviews, but this sonic is the exception. The service is so incredibly terrible. I’ve tried to complain multiple times now because they will not honor the deals in app, they take 20 minutes to make you a single drink, and they’re RUDE! Consistently! This has happened on probably 15-20 occasions. I know I shouldn’t go there anymore but it’s my closest lunch spot and I like the food so not letting this terrible location ruin it for me. Last time they gave me a voucher for a free drink to make up for a ridiculous wait time, then when I tried to use it one week later they said they do not accept them. I told them they were the ones that gave it to me and they said too bad. I really hope someone there sees this!!!!!! RIDICULOUSLY TERRIBLE SERVICE even for a sonic lol

I came in and ordered one shake. One. Shake. And when the screen came up for me to select payment method it ignored me and went to the next frame saying food was being made and they have an option to change payment method so I did and charged my card, it was approved and I added a 2 dollars tip. They then proceeded to come up and say that I never paid even though the payment was confirmed on the screen and say that “they can’t take it” so they’ve essentially stolen my money and then demanded I double charge to get the food. Incredibly condescending the whole time.
It takes several days for payment to post on my bank so when it does I’ll make sure to post it up here.
Don’t come here these people are sub par, will steal your money, and act like it’s your fault.

honestly the best sonic here in okc, the other ones are more than often gross and bring out soggy fries or tater tots but this one brought out food that was definitely freshly cooked and the fries were so crispy and the $2 wraps were the best ive had from a sonic
