This Sonic sucks. I work in the area, and it's close. A year ago, great little place. Today I spent 40 minutes there to never receive my order. The manager on duty was clearly clearing orders to pad stats and lost multiple orders. I heard it from different cars all around me. I've already entered feedback through the app and will open a charge back with the bank if a refund isn't provided through the app. Not the way to run a business, let alone one of the most iconic locations of a Sonic. I won't be back, but get it together for the next potential victims.

Literally every time I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Today I waited nearly 45 min for a drink and chili cheese tots and still did not receive them. After close to 30 minutes I pressed the button again and they wanted to take my order again. When I asked about the order I already replaced they said “it should be on the way” still never got it

Just came through to order a couple of strawberry ice waters and had the weirdest/rudest encounter.
When the car hop approached my car, he didn't greet me or anything—just stood there, looking fed up. I said hello, and tried handing him the total plus tip ($6, because I always try to tip at least $2) but, he was trying to force me to take the straws first for some reason. This resulted in one of the straws falling on the ground.
He, then, stared me down—like I was the problem—took the money, grabbed the straw off the dirty ground, handed it back to me, and walked off. Not a thank you for the tip or anything.
I haven't experienced anything so bizarre and rude in quite some time.

The Sonic's always on point, with crisp drinks, and extra cheesy cheese tots. Best one in the metro in my opinion!

First and last time going. Very disappointing for a Sonic. Fries cooked to hard to eat, burger was put together sloppy. This is the first Sonic that gave me terrible food and service. All other Sonics are the bomb delicious food with great customer service.

So we ordered 3 combo’s, delivery thru Uber Eats, the driver delivers 3 tots and 3 drinks. Where’s the burgers? So he goes back and sonic won’t give the rest of our order. Manager says she fixed what was on the receipt. 3 medium tots, 2 Route 44 and lg drink and we paid $24.57. Who does that? And that was with a $13.38 promo. Then the manager accuses us of wanting free food. “No lady, we just want what we paid for”. We even paid an extra $1.99 for faster service. Obviously, to be a manager at Sonic you don’t have to be able to add. And our tots we COLD. So to the manager at Sonic: stick those burgers where the sun don’t shine!!!
