It doesn't matter which Sonic I visit in the OKC area it always a DISASTER. Every time i use the app, it's never a smooth transaction. I ALWAYS end up waiting excessively long times to receive my food. The restaurant doesn't get it, or I have to way so long it's a loss. It's like they can't handle the app orders and the actual drive up orders.

This Sonic is a piece of filth. Went to pick up an Uber Eats order. Sit at the pickup kiosk for over 5+ mins for no help. Went to ask about my order to an employee working outside. They tell me they don't even have the order. And they refuse to make it. What a nightmare. No wonder I was the only customer there.

I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito without sausage. It did was missing jalepenos & only had 2-2 1/2 tots in it. All-in-all, just a sad burrito. The other food we ordered was good though.

Let me just say usually I love sonic, but this location isn't very good. They always over cook something we've ordered, and it always takes forever for our food to come, even if we order online or the app. The only reason I still eat here is convince. My boyfriend and I sometimes come here for our lunch break, by the time we get our order out break is over and we can't even enjoy it.
Pretty good spot but sometimes seems like they throw it together. One example being the burritos they're never rolled properly. idk who is training the cooks but they arent doing their job. And that's from a guy whose first job was cooking at Sonic. Just need a little more
