I ordered a foot long Conie extra cheese and a small chili cheese tot with extra cheese. She brings it out and reads it to me, they put it under “easy cheese” I told her “no I asked for extra cheese” she had me check it and sure enough there was almost no cheese so she took it back to fix it..: they literally didn’t even touch it. They didn’t put extra cheese on it it didn’t even look like they even took it out of the wrapper. I’m so sick of asking for extra cheese and never getting it I also asked for onions and there were none

This sonic is terrible. So unorganized. I waiting 15 min in the drive through for nothing. Nobody said a word to me when I was at the speaker box. Then the lady with the pink hair was out back smoking a cigarette. Hmmm maybe wait to take your smoke break until you’ve served people that have been waiting over 15 min!!!!

I order on the app and it wouldn’t let me check in on the app so I pushed the red button and no one answered. Three times I tried to get ahold of someone on the speaker and all three times you failed to answer. Come on. How can You make any money doing that to customers?

Anytime you order on the app and arrive they will put it being on the way to your car and then clear it off the screen. 5min will go by and you will have to click the button and tell them you never received the order. This location closes early often. Happens alot so thought if leave a review.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes watching an employee play on her phone. Then pulled up to the stall and pressed the button twice, just to be ignored while she played on her phone. Never had an experience like this before anywhere. Absolutely disgusted. Won’t be revisiting.

Maybe the worst sonic food and customer service that I have ever experienced. We had breakfast, and we had two burritos, and they literally looked like somebody wrap them up three them on the ground and then smash them as flat as a pancake.Plus, I had to the fact that what I selected on the app was not what I got, nor what showed up on the receipt. When I press the button to tell them about it, the only thing the manager was worried about his proving how wrong I was. She even proceeded to come outside in the 25° weather just to show me the receipt to Stacy. Here’s what the receipt says.The only thing a Sonic has going for it is that there’s a playground to play at.
