I ordered 2 Reese's sonic blast w/extra Reese's they wasn't even mixed just candy on top I also ordered 2 DBL quarter pounder one regular and one with no mustard and no pickles the burger had it and I Also ordered a large onion rings which only had 5 onion rings and I left a tip very poor service

This is the last straw with this location. I will drive out of my way to get better service. It keeps going downhill and fast. Today, the carhop brought out the order, noticed the RED slush was overflowing and all over the cup gasped to herself then tried to cover it with the receipt handing it to me. I asked for napkins she ignored me handed the food said “salsa is in the bag I think” I asked for napkins again she said “uhh it will be a minute I have some orders to get out” keep in mind there are two other cars in the lot.. “there SHOULD be some in the bag” there definitely should because all sonic bags come with two and a mint. For a society begging for tips everywhere you look this is the service you receive. Pitiful. On top of that I got home to realize they gave me the wrong burrito. Close this location.

when I opened a sealed #ubereats order from #Sonic and the cook himself guarantees that he filled the large tater tot container it was not even half full, also ignored the no mayonnaise and no tomato I'm allergic to mayonnaise and will get sick if I eat it this #sonicdrivein 4216 NW 39th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73112 is the culprit I've reported it to corporate calling the 800 number listed but my experience with that is I go through the steps with them to fix the problem but nothing is ever done about it so I'm posting this to warn people about this location

A sonic blast is supposed to have the candy mixed in -not just as a topping. Disappointed. The Norman sonic gets it right every time. This sonic the one girl was not friendly at all. She needs a new job. The one manning the window was sweet. This location needs to retrain how to make a blast and not be stingy on the candy.I’ll go to Andy’s next time.Returned a week later. As if it couldn’t get any worse. It was. I went to the manager-Monique. She said she had watched the employee and he made it correctly. ?. So now we know both the manager and employee have no idea what they are doing.
