Easily the worst sonic experience I have ever had in my entire life. We were the only customers there and it somehow took 25 minutes. They also didn’t bring me back the correct amount of change in short changed me $.50. They also had to go back after that 25 minutes because they got our drinks wrong and they also forgot to bring out mustard for the corn dogs. On top of all of that they had to re-ring up multiple times two corn dogs and two Route 44 drinks because they couldn’t figure out what they were doing in 25 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would they messed up our entire order and when I gave it back they were super rude and still messed it up again. Management needs to train these people to work in fast food. They weren’t busy and I was very clear. I’ve worked in fast food before but this was the absolute worst experience just trying to get food.

I had to honk the horn just to get the rest of my order. I sat waiting for about 5 minutes for the other part of my order. They thought my order had already been given to me. They didn't listen to me during the drive thru and I had to correct a few times my order.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the food is always bad. The workers always have a bad attitude and they never get my order 100% right. They need to get better staff.

I’m guessing yall just hire anyone. Every time I or my family go to this location they are always rude. Whether you go through drive through or go to the stall. Our orders are always wrong or messy like they threw it together. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to another sonic than come to this one.

Every time I go and get mozzarella sticks they never give me any sauce for them, and it’s every single time. Not even one.. who likes dry mozzarella sticks😭 and there isn’t even an option to ask for more on the app and even when I ask for more.. still there’s never any.

Ordered a sonic stack, large tots, and a large root beer. 25 minutes later and nothing happens,so I press the button and ask if my food will be out soon. They tell me food will be out in less than 2 minutes. 5 minutes later, and im given an almost completely incorrect order. Only part that was right was the root beer. Pull up to window and ask to have my order fixed. They Took the wrong order and after some waiting I'm given just a stack and they tell me to have a nice day. I Knocked on the window and asked for my tots. Some more waiting and finally I get the food I ordered 40 minutes ago.
