I definitely give some grace to these guys because it was like there was only two people working. Crazy!!
Carhop mixed up our food and we were not told at all. We waited an extra 20ish for our food and eventually pressed to order again. 5min later, nothing. We pressed again and finally someone answered. Our carhop finally came over and explained. He was polite and friendly about it. We eventually get our food later and it’s missing our drink. We finally got everything and I really feel bad for those guys working tonight! Hopefully this Sonic stops being understaffed and unprepared for rushes.

Every time I come, Jim (or Jimbo) brings out my food and he is by far one of the best carhops I’ve ever met. He always has a positive attitude, is super sweet, and truly makes the experience better. I absolutely love coming when he’s here!

The food was gross, my cherry vanilla coke was flat and tasted like pure syrup. My mozzarella stick, was barely cooked the rest of the way. The only thing good, was the reese blast I got (good job carhop)

Out of 10 stalls, only 5 were working. Two of the working stalls had employees’ cars parked in them. When you pull up to the window, no one is there—it sounds like they’re just messing around inside instead of helping customers. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Sonic is always a go-to spot for me! The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the food always hits the spot. I love the variety on the menu — from burgers and tots to their drinks and slushes, there’s something for every craving. Plus, you can’t beat the convenience of pulling in and ordering right from your car. Always a great experience!

Best to just go elsewhere. Drive-Thru complaints about sitting at the call box are valid. Once ordered a bacon toaster. Realized once I got to my destination they served it on regular wheat bread you buy at the store. Was a soggy mess. If you're out of toast, just say so.
