They fumbled my order like it was a Three Stooges act. Wasn't even busy. App seems useless for order accuracy and speed of service. No, I won't contact you for further conversation on this.

app isn't very intuitive, ordered in app and got cold old food that took a longer time then expected to recieve, tots were mixed and overcooked, order was incorrect, no napkins or bag and car hop didn't offer to correct the order, worst sonic experience ever.

Food was nasty tasting, fries were soaked in Tater tot grease, sandwiches didn't have the "normal" toppings, and customer service by far was the worst I'd ever experienced. The lady was wearing sunglasses at 9:30 at night, didn't say a word at the window, but at the order speaker had no problem with that attitude and "what else"....in the middle of ordering a modified sandwich.....girrrrl, find u a new job!

Ordered breakfast and a medium iced coffee in the drive through on my way to work. At the window I was handed a small. When I advised that I ordered a medium, employee told me that she heard me say small and that I'd already paid for it. No apology. I asked if I could get a medium and told her I'd be happy to pay the difference. She came back pretty quickly and would not let me pay more. It wasn't until I stopped at a light that I realized that she had filled a medium cup with ice and poured the small drink into that cup. It had a ridiculous amount of ice and coffee was dripping down the sides. I should have known when she returned so quickly with the "medium". This used to be a really great location with terrific employees. I've given this location several tries lately, and put up with really unfriendly service and a few order mistakes, but this was the last straw. I won't be back

Pulled up around 11 and wanted to make sure they were not closing / had just closed. I asked the drive through person to confirm so and they gave me a rude response and then it tasted like there was soap in my milkshake. Rest of the food was pretty average but service was disappointing when we were just trying to be polite

I used to work at Sonic when I was a teenager- My partner and I stopped by after seeing a movie at Tinseltown and it was the first time I’ve been in years! Michael was so nice, and the food transported me back to five years ago, so fresh and perfect. Would recommend to anyone stopping by for some late night munchies. My only wish is that I had some cash to leave an extra tip!!! xoxo

Spend 7$ in one order and another 5 in a different order and get my drinks 15 minutes after I ordered and they are watery let alone my cherry limeade had zero cherries zero limes. So a cherry flavored sprite, and on top of that my mozzarella sticks are cold. HORRIBLE ASS service from this young lady carhopping. I worked sonic for 4 years. All I said was I have a second order and can I get some sauce and she wants to cop attitude. Bring my second order and some opened sauces her nails had slid through. WHERES YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. you should not be in fast food.

The workers were nice and pretty fast. The food wasn't horrible.and it was fresh.Could have gone without The screaming lady in the parking lot but I can't blame sonic for their surroundings.i guess lol

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I live nearby and every single time I come, service is exceptional and the SWEETEST kindest people work here. Have a bit of patience people.

"I've visited this Sonic multiple times, and each experience has been frustrating. I consistently wait at least 30 minutes in the mobile order spots, even when I only order drinks. It’s baffling that it takes so long to bring out a single drink, and this has happened on several occasions. I hope they can improve their service times

I little high priced for what you get. I believe bruams is cheaper and has better quality & quantity / size. Meals

Parking: Gets busy on weekends no where to park & drive thru gets backed up so far there is a line wrapping around building and out onto road. leaving from a stall is difficult when you can't backup because drive thru line is blocking you in not enough room for how busy they get sometimes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only place accessible by wheel chair would be park area.

This is most definitely the worst Sonic in OKC, especially the evening shift, to many times I've ordered sweet tea and a lot of times, it taste as if,it's been sitting out for days, and at night, they never seem to get your order correct, order chilli cheese tots with onions, small order, I get regular tots with onions and maybe a sprinkle of cheese, plus it costs me almost $7 dollars That's with a small sweet tea, I know it shouldn't have been that much, plus I will never order another burger, the hamburger patty look really bad, the meat has white spots all in it, I couldn't eat it, had to trash it, cause of being sacred I would get sick, the only thing I can say good about the place, is that the day shift does have a few carhops, that are friendly, I really don't think I will be back to this Sonic and it's sad, since it's the closest to my home.

Explain to me how it is 7:10am and I am sitting at your speaker to buy sever bags of ice for an event. So I final pull around and you tell me you have a late opening?? Where on your website and google does it say your opening late to inconvenience the world? That’s how you do business? That is how you run your business? That is bad business!
