Lady taken order was being rude and continously laughing , causing me to repeat my order multiple times. Shake had no cream on top. Slushy lid not on, thanks I had to clean the floor of my vehicle. What happened to good customer service

Wait times are horrendous (even when there’s maybe two or three other cars waiting for orders), even when using mobile order. I’ve ordered three shakes in the last month and each time they’ve been out of whipped cream. How is that possible? Each time for a month?

the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at sonic! The customer service wasn’t even in the building and the woman who took our order and gave it to us was so rude! Do better! Bad days happen but dang you definitely don’t have to take it out on your customers. Drinks were awful on top of it. If you hate your job find another one!

This location was super slow. I only ordered a medium lemonade with no ice, a pretzel, and a large fry. I waited at the window for 10 minutes. Cars were actually pulling off behind me. My lemonade was just water. They had to replace that. When I got my fries and pretzel, the bag was soaked in grease. The fries seemed old. They were brown and grease soaked. Grease ran down my face when I bit into my pretzel. The experience was terrible, and the food was disgusting. I was headed to an appointment, so I just threw the food in the trash. Do not go to this location.
