Not enough employees working in the morning and it took a long time to get my order. Not the employees fault just poor scheduling by management.
they wouldn’t answer the phone when i’ve been calling for over 20 minutes. there is ALWAYS something wrong with this sonic every single time i come here. NEVER EVER give your money to this location.
Fast, friendly service
Overall a bad experience nasty oil soaked fries that have been sitting in the drop bucket for hours taste like, I have worked at sonic 4 different times and I know how things go…. But to send out crinkle fries that are soggy because they have been reheated multiple times….? Or a slush that is completely melted only a little chunk left frozen…. Maybe that my Dr Pepper had NO ICE… and it was order with extra…. & it tasted like all the ice they did put had melted… placed my order around 5:50 or so and got there around 6 didn’t receive my order until almost 6:30 no body came and bring my drinks or anything if the “food was still cooking” why’s it still taste so badly?

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Sonic absolutely deserves it. Even though I live right next to a different Sonic, I always go out of my way to come to this one instead—and it’s 100% worth the extra drive every time. The service is quick, and most importantly, the staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful. You can tell they care about their customers.
Everyone from the carhops to the people taking orders is just genuinely kind and helpful, which makes such a difference.
It’s rare to find a fast food place that consistently gives great service and makes you feel welcome, but this Sonic has never let me down. Highly recommend!
Every time I go to the sonic on 240 and sooner in Oklahoma City I mobile order a drink a simple drink everyone around me comes and goes and gets their order fast I wait 20 minutes before having to call the store wondering where my order is and then they come out 5 minutes later with my drink and apologize but this happens every time why are they losing my order after so many times their apologies mean nothing this should not be happening every time maybe once okay it happens but over 15 times this is ridiculous
Burger 🍔 was cold after redoing it twice.Staff was arguing with me and rolling their eyes.
If I could give zero stars I would. This sonic used to be great, now they’re shortstaffed and have a manager who won’t show up for shifts and when she does she won’t give you a refund for food that you never got because the order was wrong. Two enthusiastic thumbs down, 10/10 recommend going somewhere else.
Went here on 3/22 and waited 30 min for food, the worker was very sweet and apologized for the wait, apparently a manager didn’t show up for work that day and they were short staffed. I was fine at that point, until I looked in the bag and the order was COMPLETELY wrong. I clicked the button and waited and waited and waited for another 30 min. Finally had to go to the window and explain that food was wrong and requested a refund and gave the incorrect order back. The employee apologized again and said that because said manager was not there, they were unable to process the refund so I’d have to come back the next day. Well, today is the next day and I showed up to meet said Manager who laughed about all this being her fault, and I again requested the refund. She left the window for about 10min and came back with the bag of food I had ordered yesterday and told me to have a great day and sent me on my way. I didn’t ask for the food, I asked for a refund. I am appalled at the management and feel sorry for the kind employees that have to work under her.

Went to get some food on 3-22-2025 about 4pm. First stall already had the button activated. No biggie, pressed it again. After about 3 minutes I think maybe the stall is faulty so I move to the next stall. Activate the red button. Wait another 5 minutes. Hello? Anyone? I'm watching someone at the drive through, looks like they are waiting too. Move to a third stall, activate red button. Nobody speaks. I spent a total of 15 minutes waiting for anyone to say anything over the speaker. At some point an employee came outside and looked around, then went back inside. I have no idea what was happening here but that was the wildest thing I've experienced at a Sonic. I left without ever speaking to anyone.
THIS PLACE SUCKS!
This is the worst sonic location I’ve ever been to which is saying something because all Sonic’s suck unless they are in Edmond. They are ALWAYS ALWAYS so slow, rude and they make half of the orders incorrectly. The quality is just garbage. Cold hard burgers cold fries. The only thing these people can “make” is a pretzel twist that still takes 15 minutes somehow to make. I literally only go to sonic for the drinks cause tbh even swig doesn’t come close to sonic imo. BUT NOT ANYMORE it’s not worth it!
Pulled in drive-thru to order my kids food. I said just a moment please while my kids tried to tell me what the wanted. Lady that works at sonic interrupted, and said to move to a stall there’s 5 people behind me. I said no there’s o my one person behind me, and I’m about to order. She was adamant that I needed to move to a stall. I hadn’t even been there for 60 seconds yet. She was beyond rude, and when I said I’ll just go somewhere else since she has a problem with waiting for my kids to tell me what they wants she flipped me off through the glass door, and windows. WITH other customers watching her act this way. What an embarrassment for sonic. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will never come back. My kids are in the car watching an adult woman flipping the bird at us. WOW!
This SONIC is trash !!! I have worked for sonic twice and this Sonic doesn’t come close to the other locations I worked at (122nd council) (29th and may ave ) we had a 30 minute wait for just a few items and noticed they were serving everyone that paid with cash sooner than us (and they had got there later than us ) we had paid on the kiosk and were held hostage basically till our 3 shakes and chili cheese tots were brought to us , the food was cold and had sat for awhile . BEWARE THIS SONIC , you have been warned , I live near there and won’t go back now and everyone I talk to will know to steer clear of there . The female manager looked like she was on dope and there was 0 urgency from everyone involved to get people their food and refreshments,
I ordered on the app at 3:11pm. (From their parking stall.) 1 Fritos Chili Cheese Wrap, 1 large Tots, a small order of Pickle Fries, and a Rt 44 Sweet Tea with coconut and blood orange. At 3:25pm a car hop brings the tea and says they're out of Pickle Fries and asked what I'd like instead. I asked for Cheddar Bites. She said ok, and they'd have it right out. At 3:45 pm, I flagged down another car hop and asked if my order had been forgotten. She asked what I had and went to check. At 3:55pm she returns and apologizes and says they are remaking the order fresh. At 4:15pm I was delivered an order with a cold Chili Cheese Fritos Wrap, barely warm tots, and an order of Cheddar PEPPERS instead of Cheddar bites, which I could not eat, because I suffer from severe acid reflux. Based on this experience alone, I will not return to ANY Sonic restaurants. I'm 44 years old. I've been eating Sonic all of my life. You all need to sell the company BACK to Oklahoma. In all honesty the food hasn't been good since about 1985, and EVERYTHING has gone down hill since the company sold recently. 0 out of 5 stars. I'm not coming back.
