Great location with hot, fresh food.

Tonight i placed an online order for 2 root beers floats on the app… I also wanted 3 medium cream slushes but i wasn’t able to order them since the app doesn’t have that option.. so I proceeded to order the 2 root beer floats at 8:38pm.. I pulled up at 8:42 to pick up the floats and order my cream slushes to my surprise I got told that the ice cream machine has been taken down for cleaning and it would be a 30 mins wait for it and the I can order..

I called back to get the managers information so I can call back at a later time and speak to someone with better customer service.. I asked for the managers name and the lately never gave it to me and then told me to have a nice night and hung up on me…

I thought McDonald was the only one that used the excuse about their ice machine being down..

Sonic has certainly gone downhill. We ordered a small onion ring and got 3 rings for $3.19!!! That’s over a dollar each for three medium sized rings. The hamburger meat has once again been stepped down to what appears is a lower grade of odd tasting meat, in the last few months and the price has gone up. Sadly, our well known Oklahoma company is digressing and we will begin to look elsewhere for our snacks and quick meals….

Second time this month, I've been to this location and it was delicious and fresh for me both times. Today I got the chicken fried steak sandwich and it was yummy! Quick too. Breakfast burritos were good too the last time i got it, just needed salt.

Worst/slowest sonic I’ve been to. 35 minutes just for two drinks. Will never return. When I spoke to individual, they hadn’t started my drinks. Drove off instead.

Rude and food is skimpier than others. Attached is a full-sized breakfast burrito. At other sonics, the burritos contain 3-4 times the filling. Drive a few miles to any other sonic in the area for far better service and value.

After waiting 18 minutes after checking in on my online preorder, I left and went to another Sonic.

Ordered through the app, was told ice cream was unavailable no problem, asked me what I wanted to replace it with so I ordered bacon ranch queso wrap took 21 minutes to make that, this location seems to be having problems

Ordered the upsize on side and drink, well I received the upsize container but not the upsize in the side Lol.. no wonder the line was around the building at Braum’s.

That place need to clean the windows. They doors very dirty looking on the outside on the inside disgusting.

This sonic location is a bit different than most of the others nearby. This facility is more run down and poorly maintained.The service is also a little lacking. Perhaps it's that I'm not used to receiving attitude, a frown, or cold shoulder when my order gets delivered. I've tried different time frames and different days and decided I'd rather drive farther than return to this location again.If everything I mentioned doesn't bother you, it might be worth it depending on your circumstances.
