Came here tonight and enjoyed some of the best Sonic I had in months. Excellent quality on our meals and Tyler was very attentive and. Customer oriented!!!! Over all the food was already good here with hardly ever a mess up for us personally. Over the last 2 months the quality has exceeled expectations as well as the experience as a whole as far as Sonic goes this is my go to Sonic and you should make it yours!!!!

All the food shoved in one bag. Couldn't look through to make sure we got everything. Once I did get home missing multiple items and some how ended up with old chewy fries that we didn't even order....

Decided to stop by this Sonic on half price burger day and ordered a few burgers with no ketchup or mayonnaise because my wife is allergic to mayonnaise and this place didn't care, they proceeded to give us mayonnaise anyways and it ended up sending my wife to the ER room. This is inexcusable behavior and we will not tolerate it. 1/5 and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

This was the second sonic I pulled up on tonight to try to get some ice cream and I got told the machine was down…
A different sonic also did the same thing saying the ice cream machine was down..
Seems like sonic is becoming McDonald with there ice machine…

These people are either lazy or incompetent. The same screens have been broken for months and they REFUSE to put cones in front of those parking spaces. I've asked the carhops why they don't put the cones that are plainly visible in front of the spots and explained that, as the customer, it makes me feel like an idiot when i have to move 1 or more times because they can't do their jobs. They said they'll mention it to the manager. Yet, here i am leaving a 1 star review because customers are not their priority. I live right behind this Sonic, but I think I'll just go to the one on 119th and May from now on.

They didnt have the wrap i normally order but hey on monday i had a rt. 44 and five qrt lb double cheeseburgers for under twenty bucks with the tip . Thanks to the app. The bbq sauce isnt the same as the ole hickory sauce . Growing up it was a number three .

Manager Jessica acted as if she didn’t hear my order threw drive thru came out of the restaurant and proceeded to yell treated everyone disrespectfully, our accent is heavy not a coincidence that it was only us she couldn’t hear but she could hear everyone else. act of frustration or was it an act of racism? General Manager please look into this person and check what kind of employee you have hired thank you. Dear manager Jessica if you don’t have the patience for people please go work at an animal hospital.

Order taker seemed very confused on their own menu. Employees talking over each other on the intercom. Proceeded to tell me their combos weren't working??? Whatever that means. DID NOT honor coupon. Just overall not a good experience

I have ordered several meals/sandwiches with drinks and some with fries over the years.. But the meal of a steak sandwich with fries and a large Dr. Pepper that I received this afternoon from this this Sonic location was definitely not what I expected. Over half of the sandwich including the tomatoes were definitely not what I expected. The sandwich was Horrible...and at least 85 to 90% that sandwich is definitely going straight out to the trash can because I can't stand to even have it sitting inside my kitchen!

How do you mess up a grilled cheese? There was no cheese on either of my grilled cheeses. The burger was smashed and the cheese fries were missing ingredients. The corn dog was overcooked. And they forgot to put ketchup in the bag. Worst Sonic ever.

I miss living by this Sonic, the food was always SO GOOD the cook was literally cooking, I haven’t lived there in over a year and was just sad not being able to get sonic b-fast cause the one by me sucks
