I come here every morning, and the same lady brings out my order. She’s always super nice. Today, absolutely not! I placed an order on the app, and it didn’t show up on the screen. It showed it went through, so I pushed the button just to check. It did, and the same lady said it’s taking a long time because she’s by herself. Totally understandable! I don’t mind waiting, I was just making sure it went through and told her so. She brought it out and was EXTREMELY RUDE! I think she thought I was complaining. I won’t be made to feel like I did something wrong when I was just making sure it went through. I was beyond nice, but I will never be back here again! That’s how bad it was. My daughter was with me and couldn’t believe how mean she was!

If I could give zero stars I would! Yesterday, my daughter and I came here for milkshakes. I got a strawberry cheesecake shake and she got a strawberry milkshake. After a few sips I noticed that the smell was off and smelt similar to spoiled milk (smelt like throw up). By the time I had actually realized that we were given spoiled milkshakes my daughter had drank most of hers.Within 30-45 minutes of drinking their milkshake, we both had immediate side effects. It got so bad for my daughter that last night I had to take her to the ER for food poisoning and she is still dealing with the symptoms now! We are not lactose intolerant and have had their milkshakes before. But this time was VERRYY different. Do not get milkshakes from here. Shame on you Sonic! Something in that fridge/freezer was improperly stored if not spoiled/expired! I never ever leave reviews but this really ticked me off. YOU NEED TO ENSURE THE FOOD SAFETY FOR ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. This could’ve turned out way worse.
