I have been going to this sonic for over 20 years me and my family get drinks there at least 3 to 4 times a week and ice cream. We eat there at least once a week. But I went by there last night to get drinks just drinks and the girl through the drive-through told me it was gonna take a while. I told her all I wanted was drink. She told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I asked her why she said they had a huge order. I said just because you have a huge order and you can't serve me three drinks she said yes sir I can but I told you it will be 20 minutes. I think that is totally ridiculous. Like I said been a customer for over 20 years. I get drinks there at 3 to 4 times a week and eat there at least once a week me and my family but as of now I will probably never go to that place again even if I have to drive further to go to another one.

Yall can’t even make a simple drink. Ask for Powerade slush with nerds, and they gave me a regular Powerade with nerds plus added some other weird stuff

There has been a change! Good food, good service (with a smile), and a new CEO, all of which are turning Sonic back into a Great company!

Very odd experience, only one person spoke more than 5 words to me at the end as he handed me my shakes. Very cold experience in the drive thru. Communication can be improved for sure.

Very rude maybe you should pay your employees more so you can have better service and people that care about their job

We ordered on the app. Sat in the stall and waited for our order. Our name appeared immediately on the screen. We waited 15 minutes and then buzzed in for them to rudely say they are only taking drive through orders. If we had not already paid we would have skipped the 6 car line and additional 10 minute wait!

All stalls were down? (Sunday around 3:40pm) Pulled into stall, cashier could hear to respond but insisted the drive thru only worked for ordering. Ordered multiple bags of ice for a party and drinks. Cashier was incredibly rude the entire time. At the window she attempted to pass the bags of ice thru the small car window even though there is a door right before the drive thru window for this very reason. When I refused the ice through the car window and insisted it be brought thru the door, so I could put it into the already full car, this caused more hostility. She screamed to pull forward, further from the door causing the her to walk more than necessary. This held up the already slow drive thru line. Cashier brought out the ice with lots of attitude and mumbling words, which subsided when she realized I was twice her size when I got out of the car to receive the ice. She forgot the drinks and had to ask what they were again. Tried to ignore the attitude and just be civil as possible but this behavior was so gross.

Ordered a drink with easy ice, and my cup was about 3/4 filled with ice. Burgers are also always cold from this location. Just skip it and go somewhere else.
