The employees at this sonic location can’t follow simple instructions and have very poor customer service. They need to be retrained on how to listen to instructions and how to provide good customer service.

I called in about my half done meal. Had the food and receipt. The “manager” Ashley which sounds like a male but that’s not the point. She/He was an African American girl and this is just for the corporate records. It was 1/15/25 @ roughly 5pm-515. Please check phone records I recorded mine. However She was very rude and disrespectful to me. Called me a liar stated I never spoke with a supervisor earlier to swap food out. Mind you I still had food in my possession and receipt. I was just like ok and hung up but called back to ask for corporate number. She was heard in the back speaking with the manager from earlier on speaker phone. Again I was recording. She then got on the phone wouldn’t give corporate number hung up in my face. The manager she was speaking with was Skye(a male)Who I stated was the name on my receipt. This was horrible and I feel so disrespected. Please leave a comment with corporate number so I can email recording. She has to be stopped.

This is my first time visiting this sonic on 122nd near. Had a problem with my order I realized when I got home. Called and the helper manager answered the phone (Which she didn't give her true position) and had the worse attitude. If your company has a policy, then state it not your emotional opinion. I tell you companies hire some of the worse folks to run there bussiness and wonder why sales are down. If you can't customer service go work in a shop or somewhere you don't deal with customers. Cause if I was responding off your rudeness you would not like me or your job......I understand your under paid......maybe you should of paid more attention in school honey!!!
