I can understand a busy restaurant; what I can not understand is this: when my husband and I came it was right before it got really busy, we had a moderate size order of 2 burgers, 2 hotdogs, 2 lg fries and a kids meal, and the order was completely wrong and things were missing so we pulled back around, told them it was incorrect, and they told us they would correct it and took back the old food when they brought out the new food. we checked it and it was still completely incorrect! i’m highly allergic to tomato’s which is entirely why I asked for no tomato’s and at that point I was uncomfortable asking for yet another change so I just didn’t think it be worth it and left. I did have other things to eat so it was fine but i’m not happy that it wasn’t corrected to begin with. they did apologize and said they were really busy but there were literally 3 cars including my vehicle.

We stopped there this afternoon and ordered 3 Rt.44 drinks nothing fancy through the mobile app. They weren't even very busy 12 minutes pass and it shows that the drinks are on the way out. Well after another 15 minutes go by after that and Finally the drinks are brought to us. Apparently they had been sitting in there waiting until then. The order was a Sweet tea, root beer, and a Sweet tea with Strawberry

Guy had no clue what he was doing taking order. While I’m waiting they are dancing inside and singing and vaping while making drinks. Rather than helping the guy take my order!

Worker taking food to cars, "Zachary" seemed confused as to what he was doing. He was truly going to multiple cars asking, "Is this your order?" My food was cold by the time he sorted it out and he brought the wrong drink so I had to wait even longer while he tried to figure that out. It was actually the worst Sonic experience I've ever had.

I have came to this location 3 different times within the last 2 months and only once did I actually get an answer at the stall where I waited 15 minutes for a rude response saying they were only taking drive thru orders, this occasion had awful service and the food was not correct, as well as, the food that we did get was not the quality I’ve gotten from other sonic locations. The other 2 times, I waited 15+ minutes at the stall with no service at all. Plenty of other cars would pull up who would also wait and proceed to leave. This makes me upset since I love sonic and I live right around the corner, but I will not attempt this location again just to waste my time.

It took 25 minutes for our order of 4 items. They were not busy at the time.Order went off the screen and said a carhop was on their way a good 10 minutes before our order came out. It looks like they are trying to cheat a corporate timing system.The lot was dirty.

Worst sonic ever! I pull into a stall, push the button and after 3-5 mins waiting, I get told drive through orders only. So I pull into the drive thru, place my order. I end up waiting over 15 minutes for a large mozzarella stick, corn dog and drink, which was almost 14 bux. I asked for extra marinara sauce and I get told NO, i asked to buy it and get told NO. They are only allowed to give a certain amount... what a joke!! I pay almost 14 bux and I can't have extra sauce for my cheese sticks!! I will never return to this sonic as this was not my first bad experience.

AVOID THIS SONIC IF YOU ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH they sit.on orders. The employees were very rude at 9pm 2/3/24. LONG WAIT TIMES AND STOFE LOOMS NASTY.
