I go here frequently to get my Dr Pepper fix, this location’s soda tastes different than the one over on 122nd and Penn. Normally super fast, haven’t had much of a problem before. Darby is always so sweet and definitely my favorite

I ordered a Jr Deluxe Burger. Ordinarily it comes with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. Tonight it came with pickles and mustard. I only asked for no cheese and no ketchup. I do not understand why everything else was deleted.

1/14/2024 specific; before 10pm: They are closed, but it does not look closed. The lights are on inside and outside, the music is on, and the order screen is on (you can see it from the windows next to the doors the carhops go through). No one is answering the button. The doors are locked (just did a little tug to check if they were closed or not, not intending on trespassing), and no one is in the kitchen. Save yourself the trouble and don't order on the app (like I did...sigh) or go to the location. I went 2 hours ago and just thought to make this review, but I doubt anything has changed. It is likely that they went home early since it is well below freezing (6°F) or they were shortstaffed. I wouldn't want to be the only one working an evening rush or at all, either. My first thought was that someone is unconscious inside, so I hope that isn't the case. I just wished they turned off the lights and music if they had just decided to close early. There was a sign on the door facing the interior that read as a reminder to whomever was closing to turn off the lights, so this might be an ongoing issue with someone.

Tried to add tots to my order within seconds and was told it would have to be a separate ticket. Then, I pushed the cash button when choosing a way to pay. The server had to go back for change when I provided change.

We haven't eaten at Sonic Drive-In forever. We ordered the #1 Sonic Cheese Burger , large diet cherry limeade (you can't go to Sonic without getting a cherry limeade), tater tots, and cost us around $19 bucks (thanks to inflation), now folks it was Hot ? Temperatures outside and this place was almost full of customers in their cars ordering this delicious food. The cheeseburger we ordered was cooked to perfection , and tater tots were golden crispy delights. Your taste buds will be doing belly flops for all their delicious menu items , and this diet cherry limeade was really good . If you're in this area, be sure to stop and be greeted by a very polite young man on the intercom. You can tell the employees were trained in good customers service .

Ordered and paid via the app...pulled up and cones and a truck blocking the entrance and exit....called about my order and was told oh yeah we are having technical difficulties...your order shouldn't have even gone through...well it did so what now? Oh 7-10 business days once I can process the refund...then corporate (who was completely distracted and doing 15 other things) didn't listen and I had repeat myself many times thought that an acceptable way to apologize was 2 coupons sent to the app for a rt44 drink only with purchase...after I had already explained how upset I was and that I would not spend money with their company again if this is how they treat people. The sad part is the money isn't even the issue as all I ordered was a slush...it was the fact that I was able to order and then couldn't pick it up and it took over 20 min to get an unacceptable solution...there is another sonic 4 min away that I would have been happy to go pick up my order but wasn't even offered or the person at the store I ordered at was in there when I called and didn't make the drink so after all of it my food I got elsewhere was ruined because of all of this....not good taking care or the customer at this location or at corporate.
