Terrible customer service, the employees did not care to get my order right. My burger was sloppy and asked multiply times for multiple marinara sauces but they only gave me one ranch and one Asian sweet chili for my mozzarella sticks. Never coming to this location again. Gonna have to report to the company and regional manager.

Great food made while you wait. Great diet and sugar free options You would think someone in marketing would put a menu on both sides of the parking slot so the driver doesn’t have to always read the menu. I only go by myself because of that. As a marketing business, I’ve mentioned the double menu idea to friends over the years and everyone thinks it would solve the ordering problem. I use it as an example of businesses not going through the ordering process except at corporate. Definitely increase orders with everyone in the vehicle looking at all the options. With those great pictures children would drive parents crazy to go all the time.

The team thought pronouncing my name incorrectly was funny when the carhop broight my food out. Keon thought it was extremely funny to call me out of my name and the team members inside had the speaker on(the light was red and not blinking). I see why no one was at this location. It is a disgrace that you have employees who make jokes about people who are paying customers. The food was nasty. They refried the tots and the grease had a foul smell.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star. The food was prepared right, but every time I come here it is always something. One time it took 20 minutes to get my food, now this time they couldn’t even give me a fork to eat with or my sauce I asked for! I had to stop at another place to get a fork! I’m on my lunch and I even tipped! They just assumed I was supposed to eat with my hands? I really do not like this location!

Part 1: I can’t believe how long I have been sitting here waiting for a super simple order for one person and an extra drink. A long time ago the screen said “Jordan is on the way out with your order”. Nope. That must just clear the stall so the service looks better and quicker than it actually is.
How would I know how many stars to give the food? I’d have to actually get it first….
Part 2: The girl was super nice when I finally pressed the button and my food came out immediately by a really sweet guy and 2 free drinks k coins AND a full refund. Sonic still rocks.

Wish I didn't have to give a star! Pushed button, to order at stall # 22. Button was activated & said, they'll be with me shortly.... 5 min later, I'm still waiting for order to be taken. The ONLY way, they got my order was for me to CALL the restaurant. Glad I left early, for work. I will NOT patronize, this Sonic, again. Ridiculous! & disappointing !?!?!!
My second favorite location and that’s only because my first favorite is closer to my home and work. Everything is always great here, and I’ve never been handed anything that wasn’t exactly how I ordered or expected.
Came here at 12:45 on a Wednesday, there were about 8 other cars in different stalls, waiting to place orders. While there, all menu boards were activated as if each one had an order in progress. Pulled into 4 stalls after placing our order online and spending our money, and every one didn’t allow us to enter our stall number, as it was already being used. Tried to call, phone number out of service, have already paid for my meal and currently have no way to get my money back. How many more people have paid for their food with no way of getting a refund? Additionally, there wasn’t a single employee inside.
Waiting for 20 minutes for just two drinks and a snack size popcorn chicken.

Food was great! Requested ketchup and they forgot it. Requested 🍋 in drink and the carhop asked to take the drink back inside rather than bringing out 🍋. They made things right. Service time was impressive even though they were exceptionally busy. Will come back.
