Quite possibly the worst Sonic in OKC. 12 minutes to get 2 burgers, an order of onion rings, a small tots, and a chili cheese fries. I don’t mind the wait, but the food was almost all cold. The burgers were warm, but dry and almost no bacon. The cheese on the fries was totally cold and unmelted. Very horrible experience. My wife attempted to order 5 miles away on the app and it refused to allow her to place the order to “ensure freshness”. Total waste of money and time.

I ordered a ultimate meat and cheese burrito, with onion rings, and a cherry limeade. When I got my burrito it was horribly made. It completely unrolled after a couple bites and didn't even have jalapenos. The onion rings were burnt and they didn't get my drink right. I normally don't care but I politely addressed my burrito issue. So they took it in but didn't even fix the issue. They just handed me jalapenos. Not too mention the guy handling my food that took it in and brought it back out didn't have gloves. Very poor product. Poor taste. Horrible customer service.

Like I always say Sonic prices have gotten sky high and half the people can't afford to eat there anymore. I prefer sit-down restaurants if I'm going to spend that kind of money. Employees are most generally personable and quick to deliver your food to your vehicle at Sonic.

Did was just the way we ordered it? Wanted extra hickory on my burger and it was perfect!
Every single time i go here they get my food wrong in some way. Im allergic to vinegar and always ask for no pickles. They always give me extra pickles. Today i decided to trust them eith my time, i ordered a cheese burger with no pickles by itself and a large cerry limade by itself. I waited 10 minutes and got a half frozen burger with pickles. I got to work, late, and went hungry because i couldnt eat the burger i paid for. I got home 10 hours later and microwaved it and ate. I called the store and told them the situation all i got as a response was "tough" and then they hung up.
