The location on Brittain was the cleanest and nicest location I've been in Oklahoma. The order was correct, fresh, and it came out quickly. All the locations in Edmond seem so run down, dirty, food and drinks are not always right and take so long.

I purchased a drink and onion rings through the app. My onion rings were burnt pretty much, was only able to eat one or two. Customer service was good, a lot of the slots seemed not to work.

Kevin Estell oversees this establishment, where the hostile environment negatively affects the quality of service. The employees display unprofessional behavior, and the food preparation and cleanliness are subpar. Dead cockroaches in the ice cream machine are a particular concern. To improve the dining experience, I suggest Sonic addresses these issues and makes necessary changes to the establishment's environment and food quality.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. The tables & chairs are not suitable for children, they're very dirty. They have a big heavy light hanging by a wire over one of the stalls, my concern is it'll fall on a customer or a customers vehicle. Foul language & smoking in the parking lot. They've had the police in the parking lot searching one of the workers vehicles. Parents I wouldn't consider taking your children to this place.

July 4th at 11:36am this sonic declined to make my order because they were “out” of junior patties. I then had to call a number to get a refund because I preordered through the mobile app & now have to wait 7 days for a refund. This location is truly one of the worst. Listen to the low rated comments because they are TRUE!

This is the worst sonic ever and it wasn't because they were busy only 3 other car in stalls when we pulled up. The first stall we could hear them but they couldn't hear us so we went to another one no problem till it took forever for them acknowledge we pushed button. Then you would have thought we ordered one of everything on menu not just 2 slushies. And by the time Sam made it to us our truck he handed us what was no longer a slushie. Never going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else unless you want to wait for order that might be right
