really slow. ordered 1 burger meal and took 16 minutes. while ordering i couldn't even hear the attendant. it was muffled and I couldn't hear the guy over the other guy talking. everyone was nice at least.

very, VERY slow service. made us sit in a stall for about 20 minutes after mobile ordering for an ASAP pickup of one (1) double sonic smasher and two drinks.

The worst service, not great food, and horrible wait times all around. It was so bad I actually pulled a Karen and contacted their customer support and I hate doing that because I understand how hard it is to work in fast food, but there’s no excuse for how utterly terrible this location is.
The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Friendly staff too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service! The car hoppers were literally running to the cars, and all seemed friendly! The man who brought me my food was exceptionally kind and energetic. Thanks for putting the effort in! A small moment of kindness during a lunch break really does change the tide of someone’s day.

Sonics on this town are severely lacking it seems. Twice now I've had a team clear my order to boost their stats, then forget about it. 2 different locations. This one and the one on Western a couple of miles away. I'm from Guthrie, I work in this area, and I will not bother with a Sonic in this down here again. If this is how this joint normally runs, I'm surprised Kevin Estell and his owners group are willing to stamp their name on the doors. 😬
