I recently ordered food from Sonic and was disappointed to find that two of my French toast sticks were raw in the middle. This was both unexpected and unsatisfactory. I hope the quality control for food preparation improves in the future.

Tonight was officially the most pathetic foot long coney I’ve ever had. Very little chili, very little cheese. We’re talking not even enough to have even a little of either with every bite. I’ve never seen anything like it. I waited 7 to 8 minutes beyond the stated pickup time for my online order. That said, the carhop was polite and friendly. I will likely try a different sonic that’s not much farther away next time. But if this is what their food has regressed to I will likely write them off my list.

I had a interview with this location yesterday at 1:30pm but got early about 12:46 pm and I drove all the way from Dallas Texas to this interview I moved to Oklahoma City yesterday just wanted to have a job already when I got here so when I get there there was a one lady that came out and asked me if I needed help and I told her that I was here for a interview so she told me to hold on so I say about 5 mins later this other lady came out and said that she doesn't have time to interview so I asked to speak to the manager and she was like I'm the manager then turns around and go back in the build that was very disrespectful and rude and then the same young that help me the first time came back out and I ask for the number to call back up there she give me the wrong number it was to a Wendy's so I googled that sonic i called up there and nobody answered the phone if the management team couldn't interview me that day they could have picked up the phone and have the decency to let me know that that was very unprofessional on there part I have worked for Sonic for 10 years and haven't seen nothing like that that's why they short handed cause they disrespect and very rude

Very disappointed every time I go here. I don't have any excuse why I still go. I ordered a large lemonade cream slush, I got a lemonade slush. So I pulled back through the drive through and told them the deal. I want what I paid for. The second time around still not what I paid for. I couldn't drink it anyway with the thought of they probably spit in it. So when I get up the next morning I open it up to dump it out there was maybe a teaspoon of cream on top. And that's being generous.
Sonic I don't want 5 hour old cheese frys. I had to share reg size with my daughter cause they were "fresh"

Alright so I normally have to get the sonic near me ether 122nd and penn or britton and Waverly. But due to recent bad experiences I just stopped eating at sonic all together... randomly stopped by the one here on north may and let's say the mobile order messed up and didn't price things correctly Brought it up to the young lady who was bringing my food out and she politely just said Let me go talk to my manager and see She came out said he would fix it She came back out with the fixed order and even politely explained how the way I ordered the food messed up the coupon By far the best sonic I have been to on this side of town in awhile food was good service good. Go the extra mile guys and goto this one stay away from the one on north britton and Waverly for sure...
