Horrible service. Order a brisket sandwich recieved it without a patty. I called and spoke to Brandon or Brendon whatever his name and he acted as of it was problem that I wanted the correct sandwich. They made the order wrong & he tells me they should’ve charged me more for my patty. Horrible customer service.

No rating.... the customer service at this location is ridiculous. every time I do come to this location they always close way too early before they're suppose to close which is 10pm. Horrible service Oklahoma has to do better this is sad.

This sonic has to be one of the slowest serving fast food place I've been to.the order is always wrong and tots are always cold.i would not recommend this sonic to anyone .employees can't take a order.you would think they would hire competent people, but guess not.last time here and I'll tell my people not to eat here.owners must be proud of their employees running that place in the grounds pathetic. I ordered a breakfast sausage burrito meal and got a flipn egg and cheese burrito, these employees are worthless. Do not eat here bad service.i can understand if every stall had a car but when there are 2 cars and takes 25 minutes, come on people.
My burrito was hot and that was great! My ocean water slush was okay, a mess but at least it didn't taste like straight carbonation, as they often have recently. My good news stops there, unfortunately. There wasn't one crumb of sausage in the whole burrito, I know, because I had to open it and add cheese once home since there was little to none of that either. I feel very much like a "karen", but sonic isn't one if the cheaper fast food options, and it sucks to pay for something that is missing ingredients or is otherwise poorly made.

Sonic always deliver for what I want when I want to eat here. I’ve had their new buffalo chicken bites twice and it does the job, not sure if I like with ranch dressing but to each it own. I like their cheeseburger with everything on it which I had and a corn dog. It hit the spot, food was fresh, tasty, it did what it was supposed to do, hit the spot!

I ordered a large drink only. I stayed there close to 25 minutes on my phone. I was so upset that I decided to leave. I was seeing cars pull up after me and get served. I started to say something, but I know it would have come out wrong, I will not go back there again for a while. Hopefully, a new crew will be working there. This happened around the first of August.
