Deserves 0 stars, more than a 20 minute wait to get a corn dog wacky pack, that was a corn dog, 5 tater tots, no toy or drink and a grilled cheese. Paid with a 20$,they dont carry change, so thought they could keep the $10 , waited another 10 minutes for my change
The new fries they sell are off the chaaaain

My boyfriend’s burger had a long ass hair in it and I find that very gross. Please keep hair out of the food. I’d like to sue.

Waited 13 minutes at drive thru for breakfast burritos and tots while they're not busy at all, so I'm thinking okay since it's taking so long the food will be hot and fresh.....wrong the burritos tasted like like they came from the refrigerator and tots were room temp.... I just don't get it, how do they even stay in business?

Overall a very bad experience at this location. It took them 45 minutes to bring out my food and they really weren’t busy. I understand understaffing, however for a fast food restaurant that is quite extreme. The carhop was not apologetic at all about the situation.

This store is a joke- why I waited over ten minutes for TWO regular drinks and a bag of ice is beyond me- I’m officially going to be traveling out of my way to the sonic 6 minutes away that’s better. You’re making your employees rely on tips but make it to where no one is going to tip from slow service. Maybe a management change needs to happen.

Boo. Ordered 2 medium mozzarella sticks (6 pieces right? Wrong!), 3 marinara and 1 ranch. It was 9:30 so there's like no one else there. It takes a little longer than I'd like, but if they're fresh I can live with it. We got home and discovered that there were 2 of each sauce and 5 mozzarella sticks in each bag. Really guys?? Of course it was too late at that point to go back and get it fixed.

Worst sonic in Oklahoma City
Update: it was 3:48 when we got our food..so 8 minutes short of an hour to get $20 worth of food. Never again. Do not waste your time here. At least the food was warm-ish..
What’s the point of the mobile order pickup spots if cars come and go in the stalls for 30 minutes while I wait for a drink, kids’ meal, and 2 sides? Order placed at 2:56. It’s 3:26 and still no food. It was empty when I pulled in and many cars have come and gone with their large orders.
One poor carhop running all the orders and another employee in and out on the phone. We will not be back.

I showed up to Sonic on a whim to get a quick drink. I put in my order at 5:38 pm, expecting it to be ready at 5:44 pm. My order was a 44-ounce Dr. Pepper, no ice, with light grape flavor. Well, I waited, and I waited, and I waited. I chose to use a stall with no buttons to free up the spaces with the terminal where you push the button because I was using the online system. I thought this would be nice for them. Little did I know, this left me with no way to notify them that I was waiting an extreme amount of time.
Around 6:06 pm, I started to get really frustrated. I wanted to cancel my order, but because I used the app, there was no way for me to cancel the order. So, I had to wait. My time is valuable, and this amount of waiting was absurd for a single drink.
The drama did not end until 7:14 pm when I noticed a gentleman who seemed to be the only staff member available. I never saw a different person, so it looks like they were low-staffed. This person was bringing everyone's food. I stopped him after I noticed him bring food to a car that had showed up after I had placed my order. I told him what I ordered, and he went in and immediately made it and brought it back out. It seems something happened with their system where they just deleted my order and never actually brought it to me.
