Don't even try to order ice cream here at night, especially with doordash. they will always say they don't have it any icecream. I've tried ordering drinks they have in the app at the stall and they say they don't have it with an attitude. You'll be waiting forever for your food at the stall. Their drive thru screen will always show a windows homescreen instead of what you're ordering... I'm over this sonic

This was the worst experience I ever had with a sonic we got a corn dog wakey pack and the corn dog was black and hard as a rock my 6year old could not bite it mine and my husband food was cold as ice and are large fries and drinks was small and to top it off we waited for 35 minutes to get this horrible food .

I understand that they are probably understaffed, but they also didn’t put a cherry in my cherry limeade. I swear this location doesn’t put a cherry in like 9 times out of 10. Disappointed 😞

Ordered 4 shakes at night and 2 pretzels. Pretzels were fine. The shakes tasted funny. I got one for me and 3 for kids. I had my wife taste one and she spit out immediately and noted the milk/product was spoiled. They had to have known this and still served it. We threw them out after that. The kids could have gotten sick. I would avoid this place.

This sonic is reliably pretty bad. I've eaten here a handful of times and had maybe one actually decent experience. From missing items, to massive wait times, to just horribly prepared food, I've had it all. I very rarely leave reviews, but this last time I went was actually bad enough for me to leave one.
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers through the app, which in of itself is pretty bad, and checked in at the time it said it would be ready. I then wait for an additional 20 minutes after the initial pickup time. I finally get my food, see 2 burgers are in the bag, and head home. Keep in mind I did not change anything on these burgers other than adding extra onion. Neither have ANY lettuce, pickles or ketchup. One had quite literally 3 peices of onion, but the other did at least have some. Both burgers had super dry patties as well, so I don't really understand the crazy wait either.
I truly do not understand what's wrong at this location, but I would avoid at all costs.

I wish Palm Bay Florida's Sonic was as good. I had the smash burger in Oklahoma and it was great. Husband had the same in Florida and it was awful. Fix Florida,
