My food order was hot and prepared correctly. The carhop was super friendly. What was weird was they have a limited number of stalls. On Sunday at noon they had 3 stalls with empty employee cars in them. One dude took a 10 minute smoke break in his car next to me. Maybe they block the stalls to prevent getting too busy? It was difficult to find an open stall when I got there or I would not have noticed

I typically go way out of my way for sonic. The two near me, including this one have zero care for the food they send out. Very high odds that the food will be cold and stale. This has been our go to for Happy Hour since they opened. Service is always spot on, and drinks burn in a good way. If you know you know!
Every time I come to this sonic it's packed with only one carhop working. With that said, me and the wife can tell that little carhop is working her tail off! Always appreciate the kind customer service. Food is more often than not correct and always hot. Also, please keep in mind most places only pay their workers $5 an hour if even that. Tip your carhops, especially in these cold months, I know the wind must be whipping their faces every time they walk out the door.

Sad location and packed low quality had the no.2 was not good dry and old fries and all ice in my vanilla coke seriously never again slow only saw 4 cars took 20 mins

This is my usual Sonic and the food has always been good and the staff has always been friendly so one evening I picked up a combo about 9:30 for my supper later on. When I finally got a chance to eat at midnight I found the food was overcooked and pretty tough. I called the Sonic location next morning and Jay said no problem, just bring the receipt in and we'll replace everything for you. So a couple of days later I stopped by about 9:30 again and asked for the manager. It was Jay again and he fixed me right up, replaced everything and when I ate later it was dee-licious. Jay and this location know about customer service and how to treat customers right so I'll definitely be stopping in again!
