It just seems like this location is being ran down. Orders constantly wrong. Carhops can’t even hand back correct change. Lengthy waits for food and or drinks.

We just got drinks for 8 of us, but she didn't bring enough straws out. She said she would run in and get more but never came back out. Fortunately, we had some in the glove box of the car.

Hopefully this will be the one and only time I ever do a google review, every time I’ve ordered online, the drinks are messed up, they send a receipt with it and it is not hard to read them. Usually we get a green drink when ordering reds ,or pinks. I understand it can get busy and clustered but every time? It wouldn’t bug me as much, however everytime I go in person my order ends up getting lost or something happens, both past recent visits were 20+ minute wait times for a few items due to things getting misplaced. It’s annoying. The workers were kind and apologetic but it’s everytime I order online from this store or visit in person at this location.

Y'all gotta try the new Smashburger. Our family loves it and thinks it beats out any other fast food burger hands down. Only hope that Sonic keeps it on their menu.
Ordered from here 2 kids meals- one a cheeseburger with fries and the other chicken tenders and fries. Get home, and there’s no chicken tenders in the kids meal, no ranch, and only a quarter of the bag full of fries. Highly disappointed with this location. This has happened numerous times. The lady who took my order also acted as if she was very annoyed.

I got a blast and they messed up all 3 of them and I called and asked for a refund and the manger was very rude and disrespectful when I was talking she just hung up.
