I don’t even know what happened. We got there at 8:30pm, there was no one we could see in the building, no people at all but one car. All the lights were still on and the stations were lit up. Very confusing. If they were closed early they should put a sign out or something.

4 times I've went to this 1 and 4 times they have messed my stuff up. From bags being so full of grease it's dripping from the bag to just getting my order completely wrong and onion rings u cant even chew. I'm done with this sonic. If I could give no stars I would.

Just left the I40 and Choctaw Road location. Ordered a water with lemons and strawberries with very little ice. There were maybe six tiny pieces of strawberry and two tiny wedges of lemon. And the cup was full of ice. And every Sonic, it’s a hassle to get your change anymore!

Left the one on Sooner Rd because I still did not have my 3 drinks and caught this one. They had steady business on the lot and one car in front of me in drive. Was promptly greeted and order taken, total given. People were very friendly and worked together. Got my order (3 drinks) with a car ahead of me quicker than I was at the other one which after 15 to 20 minutes I just drove off. Congratulations to this team for knowing what customer service is.

Went in for breakfast today, my wife and myself ordered ultimate meat burritos, could have just went to McDonald's because they were about the same size. Tasted like dirty carpet in a tortilla and was just a joke. Also tried the double smash crap they are advertising, $6.50 for that? Needless to say I have been to many other Sonics in different states and have always felt I got my money's worth. But, to spend $28 and still feel as hungry as when I got there is just wrong. Close this one down and maybe you can focus on the stores that actually give you what you pay for.
Every time i come here it takes over 30 minutes. Every. single. Time. Its specifically this sonic only. I ordered 3 drinks this time and have been here for 36 minutes and there is only 3 other cars here AND they got here after me. Definitely not one of those people but this sonic brings the karen out of me.
