Awful service. We waited 35 minutes for our order -- just to only have half of it delivered (and the food was cold). We had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our ice cream, and they didn't bring a spoon. It isn't the first time we've waited far too long for a simple order to be delivered, and we won't be back.

Stall didn't work. After 10 min I finally caught a car hop and she informed me that my stall was out of order. This afyer walking by. She wasn't going to even tell me if I didn't ask. This is the 2nd time 2 different sonic locations that we have sat and the stall order didn't work. This gal informed me they can't put a sign on it untill they get a corporate approved one so in the meantime they just let people sit in the broken stall waiting for help. What a joke. If it was one location maybe. But this is happening across many locations. Brand control is gone.

I placed a mobile order and checked in at a stall. The screen said my order was on its way, but after 15 minutes I still hadn’t received anything. I pressed the red button and waited another couple of minutes before someone answered. The carhop was polite and apologetic, but he told me they lost my order during a shift change and said a manager would come speak with me. A manager never showed up.
After waiting around 25–30 minutes total, the carhop came back, apologized again, and gave me my food along with a coupon for a 99¢ All American dog. That coupon doesn’t make up for the delay, the lack of accountability from management, or the poor quality of the food. My order wasn’t even hot when I finally got it, just lukewarm, and the dipping sauces I paid for were missing.
This was a really disappointing experience, and I don’t plan on returning.

Ordered 52.00 worth of food at 745. They informed us they were closing at 8pm. Food came out 20 min later . Burgers looked like they were microwaved and were not made correctly

I don’t even know what happened. We got there at 8:30pm, there was no one we could see in the building, no people at all but one car. All the lights were still on and the stations were lit up. Very confusing. If they were closed early they should put a sign out or something.

Parking: I miss the button to buzz in for order ahead. Sometimes we get forgotten about or are missing something after order is delivered and can’t buzz in.
