The only reason I’ve been giving it four stars is because they take forever to get to you. It seems like especially early in the morning, but I do want to give them five stars for Jackie. I forgot my wallet at home and she let me go home and grab it and I think that’s so sweet of her. Thank you for trusting me and there needs to be more people out here like you,

Ordering area and stalls should be maintained better. A few months ago there was a woman who cleaned all the spiders and webs from all the ordering stations & swept the parking lot-It looked fabulous!! It’s getting grimy again:( bring her back!!!

Talk about absolutely horrible. I work across the street and I usually come up here in the morning and the staff is so great but I came up here after work and waited for 35 minutes to be serviced, when in fact there were several cars that got there after me and got to order and got their drinks before I did! Will never visit this sonic ever again. And the staff was very rude !

The sonic on SW 36th and council is the worst sonic. They were the rudest workers. They cut people off mid-order. They have attitudes and then blame the customers for things. When they are asked what they did to my food because I called and made a complaint the response was THATS A STUPID QUESTION. It’s not a stupid question when it’s been known to happen. It was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Your employees obviously hate their job and it shows thru and thru. Not to mention how long they take. I called to make sure they got my full order since mid order the total/pay screen came on they hung up on me. I’m not the only that has had problems there. They have been like that several times to several people in the neighborhood behind this Sonic. The girl taking orders was outside of the store hanging out with someone in a car then proceeded to play on her phone instead of taking orders. They are losing business due to this.

Love this sonic! The Company I work for is right down the street & we placed a large order of hot dogs with this Sonic so we could celebrate National Hot Dog Day (7/16) with our employees. Sonic took on the large order with no complaints, answered all of my questions, and the employees I spoke with were friendly. We picked up the hot dogs and they were all ready right on time. Our employees loved them. Thank you to this Sonic team!

I only like one person here. She does her job right, I literally light up in the morning when TRACI brings me my coffee because it'll be good coffee. Others either put so much vanilla it's gross or how about the fact I always get light ice but if it's not Traci i get over half a cup of ice to get coffee that tastes like gross water. Hellllllo don't yall know melted ice RUINS flavor!? Sick of being disappointed every single time it's not Traci.

Done with another Sonic! How do you not cook the hot dog?? How does it get laid in the bun cold? Please do not respond with how sorry you are, and how if I had brought it back you would have fixed. You see, that is more gas, time, and effort that I care to waste. Instead, I am going to crush some Froot Loops and wish I had gone somewhere else.
