I only like one person here. She does her job right, I literally light up in the morning when TRACI brings me my coffee because it'll be good coffee. Others either put so much vanilla it's gross or how about the fact I always get light ice but if it's not Traci i get over half a cup of ice to get coffee that tastes like gross water. Hellllllo don't yall know melted ice RUINS flavor!? Sick of being disappointed every single time it's not Traci.

Done with another Sonic! How do you not cook the hot dog?? How does it get laid in the bun cold? Please do not respond with how sorry you are, and how if I had brought it back you would have fixed. You see, that is more gas, time, and effort that I care to waste. Instead, I am going to crush some Froot Loops and wish I had gone somewhere else.

Sonic chili gvs severe heartburn! Sonic barely gives enough food for high $prices. Sonic customers recommends ARBYS or CARL JR...GREAT food!! What I paid for a Sonic choli cheese dog compared to a Carl's Jr California Classic cheeseburger combo is much cheaper n quality of Carl's Jr food is BETTER! I don't recommend

Just left sonic and know district manager Crystal personally. I was told by car hop AUORIE that i was not allowed half price shakes and made me pay the full price even after I offered to pay thru the sonic app charge me $17.43 for 4 small shakes instead of helping me when the commercial advertised half price drink shakes and slushes after 7pm and my ordered was taken at 7:29pm I would like a full refund with this receipt because I was lied too

I think I finally found a Sonic worth going to. They actually made my food good and quick and not sloppy at all like most other fast food places these days. The carhop/waitress was very nice and sociable. I heard that they keep their work area very clean as compared to most places these days. This isn’t a guarantee, but my food was literally put in maybe 3 minutes. I loved Sonic as a kid and up until this point it’s always put a bad taste in my mouth. Will have to come back here when I visit Sonic lol!?
Ps. My food was 15.20 after tax, but they are newly featured products and I upsized their new lemonade drink?

I honestly don't know how bad to feel. I got a blast, and there's some kind of broken scoop in it, im feelinglots of negative emotions and i feel really sick, i don't think im ever going back. Update that message from them about "sorry for this contact here to fix" the number is fake and the website is there normal site to see the menu and order

Came here on a 45 minute lunch break. Only 3 other cars at the other stations. Pressed button, waited 10 mins for someone to take my order. Walked to the walk up window, waited 5 mins there. No one ever answered. Looked inside, and nobody seemed interested in helping. Left and will not return.
