First time eating sonic in a very long while, and it was gross af. Won't eat there again.

The past 3 times I have went in November the drive thru was the only orders they will take. What is the deal??? Also only one person has been working there by themselves. Getting orders wrong. If this Sonic isn't accepting drive in orders then they need to shut it down. Not everyone uses mobile phones to get food. I mean come on

I love their new Smashburgers that they have the new crinkle fries and their cheese dip. But I am addicted to their Jalapeno Cheese Poppers. I have never gotten any anywhere better than Sonics.They are huge filled with hot melty cheese in a really really good spicy jalapeno...

I don't understand only having two people working, but still not hiring? It's only hurting you. I don't see any reason why you would purposely shoot your business down- slowing orders (I waited 30 minutes), no mobile orders (bc as the girl car hop said 'theres only two of us we cant handle them right now' and its been down indefinitely since), and half cooked food (check your chicken!). I'm just waiting for this location to shut down at this point or something. One of the worst locations I've ever encountered. You're better off going to any other Sonic.

I can truly understand the frustration with fast food but if you sign up to be employed at one you should treat the customers with the upmost respect as they do pay the establishment in order for the workers to get paid I see this time after time . Just rude . I arrived at this location. A little bit ago to do two separate orders and I'm going to take it how I received it and that I was bothering them by trying to place two orders for two different people in the vehicle. . All you could hear on the headset is the employees talking and making fun of me as I'm trying to place my order . I know of the blk lady Tiffany she is always kind. But it struck me to hear a manager that took my order not sure if he is the heavy set Caucasian male I usually see when I come to the establishment I told the Latino lady I was going report this.I guess all i did wrong was driving to this location and try to make an order. I truly recommend that someone talks to the workers about the unprofessionalism in work place customer comes first not the child's Play in a work place. I never finished my order I canceled it due to the rude behavior I endure from workers.
