As per usual, another Sonic incident that leaves a sour taste. Ordered doordash for pickup at this Sonic, but when I pulled up, they attempted to give me someone else's order. I didn't take it and left.

I ordered my food 28 minutes ago. It should have been ready in 5 or 10 at the most. When I got my tater tot’s they were cooled off or warm. My drink was wrong so they had to change it. They did not give me any compensation or anything to entice me to come back. If you wait for 10 minutes or more the norm is usually getting some kind of coupon. This was very unprofessional. I am unsatisfied.

The girl who brought my food out was very rude and unfriendly. The food that was given to me was cold and uncooked.
So I made a $32 order. Two meals that was order was to have onion rings 1 med 1 LG. Got my order had one med onion ring. When I told them I had one order of onions rings I was basically called a liar. They also put an order of cheese sticks in the bag showed them that. They were then snatched out of my hand. Taken back in. The associate manager then comes out ask for the receipt. Starts looking at the receipt and starts laughing. I asked what was funny ? He then says there is no LG onion ring on there. I said I ordered one. It's not my fault she was paying attention. He then walks off without saying with my receipt. Comes back with a LG onion ring and no receipt. He said I gave back to you. Again called a liar. He goes back and brings it back to me then processed to tell me his boss said I can no longer come back. I don't live over there that's fine with me. Yes I did call them dumb a$$$$$.

I legitimately pass by two other Sonics just to come here. All the workers are super friendly, orders are never wrong and service is always quick. I don't eat fast food often, but will choose this Sonic if I do have a craving. If Sonic headquarters see this, give this whole crew a raise!
