Sonic Drive-In

Waited 30 minutes for a small ice cream that i ordered online, was the only one in the parking lot 25 minutes past by so i had to go through the drive thru to get my order. Then had the nerve to give me a melted ice cream.

Sonic (as a whole company) don't care for people at all. As a gig worker doing food delivery they treating me one of the worst. The constant not having orders at multiple Sonic locations. Sometimes 20 min waits for ONLINE orders. There times they closed and I get an order here. But Sonic still takes the customer's money. And the driver then does not get paid by the gig apps. The employees are too lazy to just cancel the orders when there is an error but Sonic still gets paid. Sonic is a greedy corporation. I should NEVER be the 5th person to arrive to pickup the same Uber Eats or DoorDash order. It should have already been canceled by Sonic before I got sent to me. Also, I should NEVER receive an order if a restaurant is already CLOSED. And I should not be forced to use the drive thru only when they have Kiosks available. Because yesterday at the other location on 23rd and I-35 I waited 10+ mins at the kiosk with no answer from pressing the button. Had to go through the drive thu. Waited another 10 mins in drive thru. Then finally get told by an employee that Sonic does not have the order. So I wasted 20 mins picking up an order that Sonic somehow does not have. This been happening all the time. Because I never got paid to waste 20 a the store. But of course Sonic still stole the money from the customer. FU Sonic. And do better before you get sued.

fiance & i frequent here all the time as we live right down the street - pretty decent most of the time! staff is always polite (whether or not they seem stressed but that's usually up to staffing). whenever they do mess up, theyre always nice about fixing it. food is hit or miss but i chalk that up to being sonic in general, not this specific location. either way we'll always be back for our R44s; only real critique would be that they seem to shut off their ice cream machine around 9pm despite closing at 11, but we usually just head to the location on 23rd when we want an ice cream item at night

was here around 1:10 PM on November 6, 2024. The drive-through cashier had me repeat everything I say as if I have some kind of bizarre dialect. It got to a point where it became ridiculous so I gave up on buying food here and just left. I’m pretty sure attendant is doing that on purpose because I have an American dialect and dont mumble my words. probably racism or something is wrong with the microphone.

People with slow got my order wrong twice I need listen and get off their phones don't understand that

When I say it's the worst sonics ever. The employees are constantly getting orders wrong. Horrendous attitudes. Me and my family are officially done with this sonics.

Mayliah took my order didn’t put in everyone after me got the order but they acted real stupid when it came to mine. Y’all need to hire people who capable of multitasking cause clearly the people here ain’t. They messed up like 5 orders while I was sitting there. Whole staff need to be fired!!!!

My daughter's bacon toaster wasn't that good.

The location is covered in trash, needs to be professionally power washed at this point. The Staff was very friendly but doesn't make up for the fact that Sonic is disgusting now. extra cheese means a quarter slice of cheese and the normal amount of cheese is dismal. thanks sonic for renewing my commitment to not wasting my time here.

Y'all are usually decent for a fast food place but y'all just pissed me off 6 dollars for a chicken sandwich and this what y'all give me and asked for ranch and got 2 marinara's definitely finna stop eating Sonic all together
